I am a fellow Sharetea worker who works at a different location not in Oregon. I came in today to order a Taro Pearl milk tea and after trying it, there was no taro flavor at all. It tasted like water which means they weren’t using the correct tea base or there is simply not enough taro powder. There were also taro large clumps in the cup which is not supposed to be there. Sometimes smaller clumps may get into the cups but there shouldn’t be larger ones. Although these were things i noticed they are very fast at making drinks and have great customer service!
Been coming here for a few years now and never had a single complaint. However on Valentines Day i took my 8 year old daughter in to get drinks and the explicit version of Cardi B’s WAP was playing. I don’t mind the occasional swear word, but this sound is completely vulgar and inappropriate to be playing over the speakers.
This review is easy. Do you like bubble tea? Good service? fast service? Then just come here. It's a family favorite. Lots of variety but the QQ Happy family is a favorite.
I got bubble tea from here and the tapioca pearls in the drink were uncooked. The drink was good but the tapioca was not.

Thai ice tea blended is my go to. Pearls are always fresh and warm.
Absolutely love the wide variety of selections, made it feel very inviting to try new flavors. Tried “Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea” for the first time, definite order for next time.
Very typical place with all the staples, but they offer ice cream for your drinks. Yummy twist.
I would have given this place only one star due to their customer service. However their drinks are good. I work across the street and come here often. Today was my final straw. The gal that took my order was very rude. When I went to pay in cash she rolled her eyes and very snippy said "put it on the counter". If you don't take cash just say so. When she called my order out as I walked up she just slid the straws to me. This girl has taken my order before and been a bit short. It was busy so I just assumed it was a bad day that day. Today though I was there between 1215 and 1230. There was only 1 couple that was there. Due to the rudeness I will no longer go here. You want tea with a side of attitude then yeah this is your place to go.
