Great mac salad, great gravy on the loco moco. All around great food!

I am not sure if this location is under new Management. But I was very disappointed in the food.I got the Teriyaki Chicken. I got 2 extra Teriyaki side sauce. Basically what I got was plane unflavored chicken. You put the side Teriyaki on your chicken and it goes straight to the bottom of the container. On top of that the Teriyaki sauce was watered down. Right now I have a sickening sweet taste in my mouth.I contacted the kid behind the counter. I showed him all the watered down Teriyaki sauce at the bottom of my container. I told him they are supposed to soak the chicken in Teriyaki so it will give the chicken flavor. He said he is just doing what he is told.So he asked if I wanted to speak to his Supervisor. She was just as clueless as he was that they where serving chicken with no flavor? How is this possible and why is it watered down?My friend had the Kalua Pork. He said there was no Kalua flavor. He said the Pork tasted smoked. I asked the kid for a side of Kalua sauce for my friend. They do not have it? So you are selling Kalua Pork without the Kalua flavoring? Unbelievable. We especially drove from Cornelius to eat at your restaurant. Never again until you fix these issues.

I came in around 4pm and the lady at the counter was nice and a good communicator. I got to try 2 different types of chicken and she was really accommodating. Super good. Fed my family of 4. Clean and fun inside! Thank you! Oh and I wish I ordered sauce on the side - it’s not really enough with how its served alone.

Still my favorite Hawaiian restaurant in the area, but unfortunately not as good as in the past. I use to go 2 - 3 times a week before covid, prices were a little lower, but the main thing that's changed is the food or cooks. The meat is often overcooked and a little dry. In the case of my favorite item, the kalbi ribs, they are missing that charcoal flavor usually and are either underdone or dry. They also usually don't have many green onions on them, if any and are less fatty (I really liked the charcoallly fatty bits before). I still think it's worth eating, but I only eat here every few months now. I have had it cooked correct or closer I how it was before more recently. So, I'm hoping there was a new cook(s) and they are improving over time. I'll update next time I go

Slow service and not a fan of the low energy and unwelcoming staff. Expensive for small quantities of food and charge for tiny quantities of sauce. Over the last few years Roxy’s has gone downhill and shown signs of being stingy. This will catch up to the business. I foresee that with its current business model it will lose many customers and go out of business

It's really too bad. Was setting up to make this a regular place for myself. Went back for a second time today to this place after enjoying it the first time. Food is great but staff makes me feel very unwelcome. I have a sense that any mistake on their part would be considered the customer's fault first. Even simple requests seemed to be very unwelcome. Food isn't good enough to go through feeling unwelcome just walking through the front door.

Casher and employees were nice. My mom's food looked very old and it was cold. Not just cold like it sat out, but like they microwave it from the refrigerator and it was not long enough. They did remake it and it was better. Just shocked the would server something like that.My food was delicious, I got the pork. It was a little salty. Tasted better with the Katu sauce on it.

We love Roxy's food however after confirming via website that they would be open today 12/27/2021 @ 3pm, we were dismayed to discover that, it was not. Updating things like your schedule for a Monday afternoon would have saved me time/gas. ?

I was going to eat here but this place is apparently closed yet it’s only supposed to be closed during the holidays and it’s the 28th really Roxys you guys even said your open but nobody’s inside

Hope you wore your patient pants today because this will be the slowest service you will ever experience in your life. They love to point to their sign noting that their food takes longer to create, though in reality, the only reason it takes longer is due to the nonexistent sense of urgency in the room and sluggish mosey-ing about by the entirety of the staff. There is nothing intricate, complicated or painstaking about white rice and grilled chicken. I’ve received a cocktail, appetizer, entrée, and the check in the same amount as this singular entree, which for the record, was 38 minutes today.Perhaps attempt getting your dining room under control before attempting to capture online orders?Lastly, why can every Hawaiian restaurant in the area make musubi to order, though at Roxys, come early or you will never get the opportunity? Maybe take it off the menu if it’s not a menu item, eh?If this wasn’t the only place open on a Sunday, if never step foot in one again and after today, i may not regardless at this point.
