We enjoy going here regularly the food is always delicious and the staff is always very helpful and nice normally we get seated right away and we get extra fries at our table right away while we wait for our food. Our most recent order was to go, Zeenith was very helpful, fast and friendly and made sure our order was correct! See you all soon!
I haven't been to a Red Robin in many years but I was surprised how small the menu has gotten since last time i had went to one. I know they are known for their burgers but they used to have many other options besides burgers. Granted they still have a few but not like it use to be. And this location was dead maybe 3 other people there besides my party of 4 . Food was alright but the floor was sticky and we had to have the hostess wipe put table down twice since it was still pretty dirty when we got seated.
This was one of the better RR experiences I've had recently. They brought out a basket of fries before I got my burger, which used to be standard practice at RR. The Banzai burger I got was pretty good, about usual in terms of quality/freshness. No complaints.
Had a great experience with our waiter Jermaine. Super friendly and attentive. I filled out the satisfactory survey for him and he mentioned getting a card for a free appetizers or dessert after filling it out. I finished filling it out and Jermaine was attending other guests so I figured I'd let the Hostess know on my way out. The Hostess was extremely dismissive saying "you have to do that!" And making hand gestures as to shoo me away. I tried telling her that I've already done that and was hoping to turn it in for the voucher. She said "I don't know know about any of that!" And just went back to looking at her screen. Mind you they were not busy. I was there at 11 am on a thrusday for my lunch break. There was one other table and my party. I ended up just leaving super dissatisfied. My waiter Jermaine was amazing but the experience was spoiled by the Hostess being rude and dismissive.
Went in there to eat with my family. My party was a party of 8. No one was in there dining except for a few in the bar. Took them 15 minutes to seat us and 20 minutes before someone took our order. Food was cold hamburgers were burnt. Orders were wrong. No silverware just plastic forks and knifes They seemed more concentrated on Uber Eats and to go orders than anything else. The pepper bacon burger the bacon wasn't even pepper bacon. Horrible cooks horrible service. They gave us our meals for free.
Had the Black and Blue burger, very tasty. Also got a side of moz zarella sticks. Looked great, however, weren't quite heated through. Needed a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. Hostess was very polite and took care of the minor mess left on the table. The towel she used was very damp and left the table very wet. When I mentioned the fact, she responded, "Well, at least it's clean". True, but I think I can speak for many of us wanting a good dining experience, we don't want to put clean napkins, silverware, and the menu we're handling on a wet table. Requested extra napkins and dried the table off myself as she was off doing other things. All in all, a good meal. Just need a little more attentiveness from staff.
Asked for extra teriyaki and bbq sauce and instead had chocolate sauce dumped at the bottom of my bag
This place has gone down hill. So bad. Took the wife and kids yesterday. Kids got burgers that were burnt. The kids took out the Patties and just made a meatless burger with the veggies. Fries were old and stale. Never brought new ones or asked us if we wanted another round of fries or drinks. It was not busy at all. There was only one other group of people in the whole restaurant. This used to be one of my favorite places to go but after this experience and reading others I don’t think I will ever go again. Pretty sad.
I had an absolutely fantastic dinner from here! It was my first time using their app and also first time doing curbside pickup and the food was EXACTLY how I ordered it even all the details were correct like extra crispy fries etc.Before I left the team member Zeenith took care of me to the absolute fullest! She asked me to double check my order for accuracy and asked if she could get me anything else. She was so sweet and really just knocked it out of the park!The food was delicious, the service was spectacular and I look forward to coming back!
Chin(the bartender on nights) has always given such amazing customer service. He's always having friendly conversation and updating me and my gf when we come in on what's new. And all around I've always been satisfied with the speed of service and the attentiveness of the staff.
