The best customer experience friendly staff.Ordered carry out went and picked up my pizza. When I got home one of them was made wrong called pizza hut up they apologized and made me a new one at no cost plus give me a free cookie pizza and they delivered it to me at no cost . Thats customer service. You guys rock.Thank you
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid for the additional pan pizza as apposed to hand tossed. When I arrived their to pick it up they gave me a pan pizza but it was not stuffed crust. I was upset by this because I paid 3 dollars more for it to be specifically stuffed crust. They said they could do nothing about this problem their. They also failed to contact me regarding my order to either fix it or make things right. I will never be eating at the pizza hut brand ever again. First you get rid of the hut favourite and now this. Never again.
I’m so frustrated! Nothing like ordering a pizza with Alfredo sauce, sitting there talking to the manager about how you’re allergic to tomatoes. making sure that you order the pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce getting charge for the fact that you couldn’t have tomatoes on your pizza then to get home and have that pizza made wrong!!! I called and spoke with the manager Travis. His response was what would you like me to do about it! No apology no offering to make the pizza again no nothing just being nonchalant about it. Very poor customer service skills. I get that it’s the day after Super Bowl and it’s Valentine’s Day and everyone’s exhausted especially with this Covid and everyone being short staffed but if you do something wrong fix the problem because if not you’re not gonna keep customers!!! Now I have a pizza I can’t eat and get to go hungry . AMAZING
When I went inside the store to pick up my Pizza this is what I was handed. It's like the whole pizza is sliding off. Will not be going back to this location again.
It was DISGUSTUNG!! The breadsticks were burnt, the cinnamon sticks had nothing on them they awful the pizza had a perfume like taste that made you cough I have no idea what that was. After how foul my order was I honestly doubt I will ever eat here and would never recommend this to anyone I care about.
Dakota my Pizza Hut driver called because I didn’t provide an apartment number. Clearly that annoyed him and when I received my pizza you can clearly tell he punched my pizza. Also forgot my sauces. If you don’t like your job LOOK FOR A NEW ONE. It’s more then obvios that he punched the box because our pizza was stuck to the top and the pasta tray was dented and mushed. Never again ordering from here again.
If i could give negitive stars i would. ordered pizza they took my money hour and a half later i called and manager said they delivered to wrong address and wouldn't help me further abd she was rude. She should be fired!!!!
I don’t know where the review went, but here it goes again!Sam W. was the GM at this store location while I was there. Working with him has been amazing! If there was ever a situation where you needed help, he was always there. Team Member resolves, Customer Complaints, etc., he was always there to help you figure it out.I don’t care what other people said, Sam has always demonstrated a high level of professionalism with me and other team members. He will bend over backwards to make sure everyone is happy, even when he knows it cuts into him.Personally, that’s what I consider the mark of a powerful leader.I would recommend ANYONE to work here, full time or part. He will guide you to be a great team member, and hopefully, you can be your own GM of your own store.
Reqested the pizza be cooked well done, this was not the case. In fact my pizza was undercooked. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again, this is my 3rd and final bad experience.
This location is a disaster. Pizza was an hour late and cold. The wings were the wrong wings. I didn’t get any of the sauces I asked for. I gave this spot another chance and once again they failed. I’m going back to any other pizza place.
