They rushed us to order at the countert. Then give them themselves an 18% tip. We waited for 25 minutes and asked about our food. They misplaced our order somehow. Everyone who ordered after we did got their order. We decided to cancel our order and leave. All they had to say to us was "sorry I'm not sure how that happened". Usually restaurants don't want to loose business and will offer you something for the inconvenience.
I normally order from here and love it. Today I ordered spring rolls. I'm almost done eating it when I realized I am biting something hard. Spring rolls don't have anything hard in them. So I locate the hard item in my mouth and pull it put. ITS A BROKEN FINGERNAIL! I am beyond disgusted. Aren't they supposed to be using gloves?! You really feel your nail break off into a spring roll and still send it out for someone to eat? This is so disappointing and I will never be going back.
The food was great as always. The real problem was the 18% FEE for service that was non existent. It is not a gratuity when it is required and if you are going to charge it then there better be actual service instead of just dropping of a pitcher of water when asked for more water.
Great tasting food and the restaurant is mostly clean. The staff is mostly friendly, but they will lie about the number of sauces they will put into your takeout orders. If they have a problem putting the number of sauces that you request then they should tell you instead of putting the incorrect number and hoping you won't notice.Also keep in mind that their prices have been increasing, there is an 18% gratuity when dining, and they recently added a $.25 charge on each order to go.
$18.82 for watered-down Pho & rubbery meat... Won't be a returning customer. Sorry.
Fantastic food, friendly staff, decent prices! We saw some guy harassing the hostess about having to wear a mask, and she handled the situation very professionally.
What in the bob is going on here?!Are you guys even draining the vegetables when you wash them, my to-go container is full of water ? and the peanut sauce is horrible (loose like water).Super disappointed !

The food wasn't bad the service however leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from the waitress calling the native children in our party girls for having long hair the entire time we were there, even after being told multiple times that they were boys. The food was average and our waitress was less than organized or capable. Even after watching her (the waitress) write down our order she argued with us about whether we ordered the appetizer. Despite the fact that she (the waitress) is about 50 years old still proceeded to put everything right down in front of the 18 month old baby. Because babies are known for Not grabbing things right? Overall the food was average, overpriced (when compared to the dining experience), and the staff seemed clueless.
