We've been customers of Pasta Pronto for over 20 years, they do the basics very well, but a few dishes stand out, like salmon with bowtie and white clam sauce over angel hair.
Our family’s dinner entrees, salads and bread was accurate, ready on time, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The Chicken Marsala is my my favorite dairy free entree.
A long time ago, in Sherwood, there used to be a pasta place that did a smoked salmon penne with a cream cheese sauce. I literally never forgot how amazing that combination was. I came here with my husband and was delighted to see something similar on the menu. It was absolutely fantastic. Exactly what I have been craving for the last 10+ years. We will be back many, many times!!!
I was treated very rudely by the staff here without provocation. I said to the employee with a calm voice that she didn't have to be rude to me and while walking away from me she shouted "I don't care!". I asked for the manager, seeking a customer service professional who could help resolve the issue. I was shocked that the employee witnessing this whole thing and doing nothing claimed to be the manager. When I asked the manager for her manager's card or information she refused to give it to me. It was it this time when I began to realize that I it was unlikely going to receive any respectable level of customer service.
If I was Italian I would be insulted of what they call Italian food. Flavorless and over priced. Two stars for friendly staff.

I go out of my way (and have been since they were across 185th 20+ yrs ago), driving through Portland past many other perhaps more comfortable Italian eateries, to get my favorite dish at pasta pronto…nothing compares to Alex and the cooks there.Service is definitely second rate but what can you expect from teenagers LOLIf you’re after good food definitely stop here.

What a hidden gem! They make EVERYTHING in house!!! We had three different dishes and an appetizer! Everything was great! The chicken, pear and hazelnut pasta was my favorite!!! So much flavor!!! The people working here are also extremely friendly and helpful!!
The food has no flavor. Huge disappointment on my order. If you want food that even slightly tastes Italian, do NOT EAT HERE
