So disappointed ordered 2 pizzas , brownies, cheese bread and drink, one of the pizzas the veggie pizza was ridiculous not only was it oval shaped but we asked for jalapeños instead of onions and it was a horrible amount of jalapeños like they used a whole jar on our pizza. I’m not sure why someone would topple the pizza that badly with jalapeños. I took a picture and am uploading it -

Tried their NY style pizza, would have been 5 stars, but pizza was burnt.
Great customer service when walked in and food made perfectly..
My friends and I all had stomachache after eating their pizza. Used to have good impression on their food, but seems like this store is not as good.
I placed a order for delivery. They delivered me someone else’s order. I called them to let them know and they said they would Remake my order and deliver it in the next 25 minutes. I waited over an hour and called them to see what the status and they asked if I wanted a refund or for them to remake it and deliver it. As you can tell they did not remake my order. I told the manager that I thought that was supposed to be done over an hour ago. I told them to refund me my order. They have now messed up on the last two orders I’ve placed with them.
Among the best pizza we’ve had. However, it is a bit pricey and the employees didn’t seem very organized or attentive. The manager on the other hand was amazing and apologized for the inconvenience and doubled our chicken wings which was very kind of her.
I don't usually want to leave any negative reviews, but this place is terrible. Pizza was dry and cold. Waited 15 minutes after my online order was ready. They told me that they could not find it. Turns out it was sitting on the shelf the whole time. Will never go back to this place. No manager in sight while I was there. Plenty of employees working, but it was total confusion among them.

Wow...I dislike leaving such a poor review. Ordered from the NW Murray location....not sure why it shows the TV Hwy location on the review....?The on-line ordering was fine, the delivery person was pleasant and prompt, but the pizza was frankly awful. I ordered a large "Tuscan Garden" with thick crust. The sauce was Ranch dressing, (my bad, I thought it was white sauce) the crust was soggy, the tomatoes seriously undercooked, the amount of topping (veggies) was skimpy and the whole thing was just distasteful. My son and I ate a piece each (we'd been working outside for hours and were too tired to cook) and threw the rest away.All this, with delivery and tip, for the bargain basement price of close to $32. Will not be ordering from Papa John's again, I am sorry to say.
