First time eating here got a order delivered to work since it was a 5 minute walk and I’m hungry, deliver came into my job with a barrage of insults because their system didn’t put the name of my job on her navigator. I had already paid since is delivery but would like a refund based on the customer service displayed while I was on the clock. 2 stars because the food was food
I am sick and came to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup. There was such less noodles and no chicken. So expensive and can’t even give me enough of what I paid for. Never returning here again. I tried uploading a video and it wouldn’t work. Bougie restaurant with bad management obviously.
Customer service is awful. Food is good. Plenty of staff present, but they were ignoring customers and letting the phone ring. I had a pick up order that was wrong, and when I called about it, I got a "sorry, it's not my job but has been happening recently" and nothing else. I get better service at McDonald's. I'll be going to a different location in the future!
Where is the avocado? The tomato? The roasted turkey? The cheese I payed extra for? The only thing they got right was the bread and the lettuce.
Good ☕ and good food. I also love that you can order electronically on tablets at the location. However they stop serving breakfast to soon and I wish they served it all day.
I’m extremely frustrated and annoyed at this point. I called to place a to go order today, the guy took 15 minutes to take my order and then neglected to tell me in the beginning they can only take card payments when all I had was cash. Once I said all I had was cash he hung up on me with no regard for me at all. Didn’t even apologize or anything, super rude! Completely wasted my time and my lunch so thanks a lot I won’t be back here anytime soon.
I love Panera & the quality of food is always to my liking. However, store management & staff never seem to be on the same page. Most of the younger staff is very friendly. But i’ve had a couple of run ins with older staff that hasn’t been so positive. I am fully vaccinated & will always wear a mask into a store unless I do not have one (which is very rare). Most recently I was denied service by the manager due to me not wearing a mask which i understood and swiftly walked out. I asked if they had extras to provide (which they had on the other side of the counter) and was told no. again. no issue (i get it) . So being pregnant and emotional I cried my way to the Starbucks across the street. Only to come back to see a white woman enter the store with no mask and be granted service. Not sure if it was racially motivated (I’m African American) Or if they just didn’t want to have to face the mask less Karen & I seemed a lot easier to deal with. However all I know is I left unsatisfied. Which is why I am In the Panera Bread Cedar Hills location Parking lot writing this review. If there are rules in place enforce them to everyone! Thank you!
No drive through. Has self order kiosk inside. There was a line so I was fine with my order before the person i would have been behind. Chai tea a mild flavor. Spinach and artichoke soufle delicious. Flaky crust yum
Pick 2 half sandwich and cup of soup covered with bread. plenty of meal for the price, don't feel overstuffed after eating. crispy bread on the sandwiches.
The food is always great here I personally enjoy this Panera bread. The reason I’m giving 1 star is because the place could be a little bit cleaner. I came here andcould not find a clean place to eat.!
