Ordered delivery through their app. They sent the wrong order. We got someone else's food. When I called, the person who answered was clueless. I asked to talk to a supervisor. His name was Ryan. Ryan told me to call DoorDash since all they were able to do was have me go pick up a replacement(which defeats the purpose of a delivery I paid for). He said DoorDash was able to reorder a replacement for me. I told him he should look into fixing that and he hung up on me. I called DoorDash and they said that they were incorrect. All DoorDash could do was issue a refund(which I took). I then called Ryan(Panda Express) back and let the DoorDash rep(merged calls)inform him of the correct information, to which Ryan tried to argue about it at first before finally saying he'd "pass the information on to his supervisor". So I guess he really wasn't a supervisor? Anyways, I just wanted the food I paid for. And this kid was rude and unprofessional and probably shouldn't be working in any customer facing position.

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, when it comes to delivering poor quality consistently over a long period of time, there is a problem. This particular location has continuously gotten worse over the past couple of years. After this last experience, we will not be going back to this location.Noodles were burned. Food we ate was not well made, not fresh at all. Not fresh made, not fresh ingredients. Taste was so bad 5 of the 6 of us disgusted our food mostly uneaten.Definitely not the quality we know to consistently expect from Panda Express chain.

Good people, but really small portions when ive been here before few times in the past couple months. the girl only filled in the little squares on the plate. Even the noodles were barley there. Teach portions pls.

We love Panda Express but just not impressed with this Panda in Beaverton Or. We stopped by this location to get food on 2/4/2022. I was not impressed with their food at all. Our daughter ordered a bowl of chow mein noodles and orange chicken. Her noodles were mostly onions. I ordered a bowl with white rice and teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken they served me was in large pieces and we were from out of town so I wasn't able to cut it up in the car and eat it since they had no knives. Most of the meat was fat and really chewy. My husband ordered a plate with double mushroom chicken, chow mein. He said that the meat was very fatty, there was too much cabbage in onions in the chow mein, and the noodles were dry. Of course we weren't able to turn around and get new food because we were on our way back to another city and on a time limit.

The food is good, but faces are so sad, not many smiling faces as if they don't want to be there. Come on folks smile once awhile make your customers feel welcome

Ordered online. When we arrived, we ended up waiting 20 minutes anyway (the food wasn't ready even though it was preordered.) That's fine, we were cool with that. Until we got home, and realized they royally goofed our order. That wouldn't seem like a big deal, but unfortunately they gave us a 90:10 ratio instead of half/ half sides, replaced an entree with one that the customer can't eat, no fortune cookies, etc. See, we tried calling to see if we could straighten this out and they never answered, multiple calls. I've worked fast food so I have patience, but this service level shouldn't go unnoticed so I'll leave this review here instead of continuing to burden them about it.

Killin it on Christmas eve guys!Even with the seemingly never ending line the staff were serving up meals happily and quickly! As I waited, I watched numerous entrées come fresh out of the fully staffed kitchen.I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Quite impressive with the line of people and Door Dash orders coming and going. My only complaint? No option to tip in the card reader.

This place always runs out of everything such as the Teriyaki chicken, and you'll have to wait 15 minutes or so after being told it's a "ten minute" wait. It's freezing cold inside here, and the manager doesn't want to turn on the heating system. Very classy establishment and a reflection of the manager. They skimp on little stuff such as napkins since they're not readily available on the condiments stand. You have to ask for it at the counter just to get them! I gave it a one-star since it's a systemic problem for this location. The food is great but the atmosphere and experience is poor quality and customer service is mediocre at best!

Was about 9:10 pm they don't close till 10pm they didn't have a lot entrees to choose from, and they weren't making any more because they close in 45 minutes, being the top three entrees chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken we were forced to eat other things, if we wanted to continue to eat at panda, ver poor service they also had a young lady cleaning the windows with window cleaner while food was still in warming trays not very sanitary health code. I do not recommend this location.

Didn't have my favorite... Teriyaki chicken breast. Settled for some greasy stuff
