Hawaiian Food Trucks Japanese

Had heard about this food truck from my daughter who had tried it. It came with glowing reviews so they had a big reputation to live up to.That being said- omg this was amazing! I was craving real Hawaiian meat jun so obviously I ordered it. Literally the best meat jun I've ever had. Perfect- hot juicy and tasty with a great sauce. I will be back to have again. Satisfied every Hawaiian craving. Sooo good! The mac salad was awesome as well. Didn't remind me of anyone elses- just so good!My wife had the chicken katsu - phenomenal! The only comparison I can compare to is Da Kitchen in Maui. That may be the highest compliment I can give. Outstanding! My highest recommendation if you love Hawaiian food! Authentic flavors- so good!

Tried this place for the first time and it was FIRE! My bf and I have been to a lot of different local Hawaiian food spots but this has been far the best! We highly recommend the kalua pig and loco moco. The kalua pig had a great texture and it wasn’t too greasy like other places. The gravy on the loco moco was spot on and I loved the cooked onions. Shout out to the chef! 10/10 would recommend!

First time customer with a freind on Thursday, June 2nd for lunch...If I could only use one word to describe the great food, I had. It would be;YUMMY!!!I had the Teri Beef, my friend had the Teri Chicken (which I tried)Both were made fresh to order and served hot. Both the beef and chicken were tender with a great marinade, that's not over powering and complemented each entree.I HIGHLY Recommend!!!

This is the best Hawaiian food I’ve had in the PDX. It’s so freaking good! Teriyaki Chicken and Mac salad are amazing. Cheaper than Roxie’s too! 10/10

Drove two hours One Direction today just to eat this food only to find that they were closed why are your hours not updatedUpdate: thank you for your quick response, forgive my grumpiness. Food is wonderful.

Best Kailua Pork in portland! Not too salty and prepared fresh when order. Tried all other Hawaiian near by and I think this is the best.

To preface this, I’m born and raised Hawaiian, and I’ve lived in the Portland area since 2016. This food was the BEST and MOST AUTHENTIC Hawaiian food I’ve had since I’ve been living here. I had the kalua pork, and my god did it bring me back. The flavor was spot on, it was the perfect amount of salty, and most importantly, it had cooked cabbage. The Mac salad was also amazing. This was my first time going, but I will definitely be back.

We ordered the chicken katsu and meat jun which we’re both delicious. The katsu was very nice and crispy and the meat jun, perfectly tender and well seasoned. Mac salad and rice were also very good.

Meat Jun was my comfort food go to.
