Food was ordered through the website. It arrived a half hour late after the promised delivery time, over an hour after the initial order. When the food arrived, part of the order was missing. The burgers were literally boiled meat with some cheese melted on, instead of the smashed patty that is described. Top it off with all the food being cold.Nothing in this was the fault of the driver, he was communicating very well and I could follow him on the app. At 9 dollars a burger, I literally feel like they stole about 6 dollars per burger due to the low quality and service. Absolutely a fail in all regards.
Truly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. They dumped what seemed like an entire bottle of paprika on my fries and everything but the bagel (????) seasoning on the burger. Inedible. Even my coke was warm
Our first impressions of this place were great. We’ve ordered through Uber Eats quite a few times from the Canyon Road location and our order has been made correctly, however the last two times we ordered delivery when it was at the Washington Square Mall location our entire order was wrong. The last time we ordered from that location we were missing an order of fries, and one of the burgers was made completely wrong from what the menu said. This most recent time every single thing was wrong with our order. We ordered two fry’s, one of which the label was correct but inside the box was a burger that was neither the Chris Style nor the Beast Style, and the two we had intentionally ordered (a Chris Style and a Beast Style) were completely wrong. I can’t understand how one location can completely ignore what they have on their own menu and get two separate orders wrong when it’s given to you on a screen or someone reading from the menu, but we are extremely disappointed.My hope with this review is that they see this and make changes and buckle down on their staff so that they get orders for future customers correct.
My kids are huge fans of Mrbeast. When they heard that he had his own restaurant they were so excited. I took my kids on a 4 hour drive so that they can e at their. They were all wsaring his merch. They were just so disappointed when they said gheg couldn't serve us. Don't mean to be a Karen but they could bhave severe us, they were open and didn't close gor 5 more hours.?
Ordered through DoordashOrdered 2 Beast Patty Melts and One Karl's Chicken along with 3 orders of Seasoned FriesAll 3 sandwiches were cold upon arrival and neither of the 3 orders of fries had any seasoning at all. Also the boxes of fries were only about 1/2 full.Very disappointed in the food quality and quantityI have managed many restaurants in my career and if I had served anything close to this to my customers I would not have lasted in business.I will never order from here again and will express my concerns to anyone else I talk to for answers about a place to order from.
My husband really liked his burger from here. I tried the impossible beast burger and the seasoned fries. Both were great! I'm actually surprised to see so many bad reviews. ?♀️
I had a burger and fries for the first time. Great food! I will say to Mr Beast that his food is the best.
My son begged me to order this (great marketing Mr Beast) and I told him that I’d give it a chance…but my burger was missing. Grub hub was amazing with their customer service to refund me but it doesn’t help that I didn’t get dinner nor the chance to try it. We didn’t order an extensive order. 2 burgers 2 fries and a grilled cheese. Not that hard to count. I was able to eat a bite of my sons burger but it was a dry burger with no cheese (no cheese is his preference but not even mustard on it? Really lame) they need to put some sauce on their burgers, get the orders right and the fries were “meh” they need an option for lightly seasoned as they tend to overdo it per all the comments. Bummer because I love burgers and fries. Done right and I could’ve been a regular. Missing the boat….and the burger.
This is a ghost kitchen. Just a trailer in a parking lot. Now that that part is out of the way. You can walk up, scan a QR code and order pickup. It's usually quicker than the listed times in the apps. Good food, if you need napkins, ask. Even if you mark it in the app, it's good to ask.
Honestly pretty bad. Stick with somewhere else. Order accuracy is also poor.
