Love this place! The menu items feel authentic (best way is to try their rice- if you are Asian, you’d know it’s legit!). My kids love their second floor seating. Would definitely go back!
It’s actually pretty authentic Asia drinks. Cheap price and nice service with large area to sit, definitely would be nice to hang out here with friends or studying!

Won’t have tapioca boba until 12:45 pm. As a professional boba drinker, a boba store open at 12 but no boba until 12:45 pm is little unprofessional
I've been going here for a few years, it used to be called Honey Toast cafe but a new owner bought it n changed the name. Their bubble tea is the best than other places that I've tried. I also love the brick toast here too, so cute n delish! My favorite bubble tea is taro, it's a little on the sweet side, but I have a sweet tooth, so ofc I don't mind. I love their bricktoast, it’s amazing!!! You have to try it, it’s the best!
The energy is great and I felt welcomed. The boba tea is also super delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend
This is our favorite bubble tea place. We always get the jasmine milk tea with boba + lychee. So delicious!! It’s always on point and the staff have always been super friendly. You can call your order ahead too if you’re in a hurry. As for parking it has a small lot of its own but there’s a larger public lot right behind and plenty of street parking. I do with they would bring their stamp cards back though.
may be good if you haven’t had good boba. tastes like gelatin, taro is not to mine or I would imagine anyone else’s liking. used to be the best.
The most pleasant dining in experience ever! Such friendly staff, yummy food, delicious drinks, and a fun/cute atmosphere to eat in!!
I'd like to give this place more stars. The brick toast was fantastic, however, the girls behind the counter might be the rudest I've encountered in a long time. We ordered one thing and tipped well... Maybe the ladies were just having a bad day, but even so it shouldn't come off on the customers.
