Our server Mike was excellent. He was attentive and knowledgeable. The food and wine were also excellent.

Mingo never disappoints. Great food and wine is the main draw, but also personable servers and a lovely spot to eat outside.
We always enjoy Mingo West. At our last visit I had the cod which was served with lots of vegetables including asparagus and cippolini onions, with a cold salsa on top. It was amazingly delicious so I was very excited to have it again. This time the cod preparation was with a polenta crust and loads of lentils. It was still very good, but nowhere near as good as the previous preparation. My husband's risotto was better, but the risotto is always reliably delicious at Mingo West. Mingo is still near the top of our GO TO restaurant list. The waiter seemed very rushed. Maybe short staffed?

Wonderful staff and a great location with outdoor seating. The menu offers a great variety of modern and classic Italian fare.
It was very busy but our outdoor table was lovelyâ¦food was fine, but not crazy good â¦service was okay⦠and please put some salt and pepper on the tables!
Ravioli, risotto, caviletto and 2 appetizers were great. Tiramisu and olive oil cake completed the meal
The food was outstanding as expected. The service was slow, but it was a very busy night and extremely noisy. One had steak and the other had the cod. Both were remarkable. Love this restaurant and will be back on another day than Saturday.
Iâve eaten at Mingos or Cafe Mingos several times since they initially opened. This was my first visit post-Covid. All four of us were quite disappointed in the quality of the entrees, and we all had a different entree. They were all âokâ but not âwowâ or evenâ really goodâ. They were just flat in taste. However, the appetizers were very good!
