Best customer service ever. My car broke down while at drive through. I was inexperienced driver and I was totally terrified. The guys came out to assist and push my car to parking spot. They helped me find out what was wrong and give me a free food. They made what was the worst day of my life so much better. Thank you is not enough to show my gratitude. I tremendously appreciate all your help. Thank you billions times.
McDonald's is McDonald's no matter where you go in the world. The only difference between locations is the service. And the service at this place stinks!Why would you shut down the shake machine "for cleaning" prior to closing? I'll tell you why, it's so they can get out of there faster. It is a menu item, right? Call me crazy, but I believe that every menu item should be available during all business hours. I can see if they run out of something, but because you want to go home early isn't a good enough reason.In addition to that, they would not allow me to order one of their freezes half Coke and a half cherry. They said they can't mix them. That's funny, cuz every other McDonald's I've gone to has. There must be some kind of warp in the space/time continuum at this particular location that prevents them from doing that. That same warp must also affect their accuracy in filling a drive-through order because they've gotten mine wrong on multiple occasions.
Most of the time they get the order right, sometimes they screw up though. Like earlier today I asked for sweet and sour dips, I double checked to make sure they heard me correctly. Lo and behold I got no dips. They can also be stingy with add-ons, like I wanted extra pickles and they literally gave me one pickle; really? I'd go to another but this is the closest one to my place, so...
Very freshly made Quarter Pounder with cheese and fresh hot fries, just the way I like them. Workers could be friendlier and not toss my food to me and not say a word to me at all.
I use the McDonald's app and use it every time I pick up food. I attempted to use the points for my recent order but the cashier was unable to make the point usage work. That was disappointing and I paid for my order with cash even though the manager on duty confirmed on my phone that the order had indeed been sent and the order code was displayed. I still had to pay with cash but lost the points for the order as well. The manager was unwilling to do anything about the issue and told me there was nothing that could be done. I ended up losing 15,000 points from my total. This location has now permanently lost,my business and I order from this location multiple times per week
It's McDonald's. A meal will cost you $10.00 nowadays.. their food just is not worth it anymore. Clean dining area and friendly employees but at these prices, for what you get, this just might be my last meal from McDonald's.
This location has a lot of issues with service. Surprisingly a lot of them weren't even directed at me in particular. Just eating in. The way they treat guests and customers is so bad im actually surprised they have any. Table markers are ignored altogether as they instead go out get mad at people for not going to pick orders, and another person was being kicked out for waiting for someone to show up.Parts of orders are also forgotten or ignored on the regular. Honestly I simply recommend eating someplace else.
Yesterday and today my son and his fiance went to the drive through at this store. Yesterday he ordered 1 burger and did not get what he ordered. Today they ordered 2 burgers and a fry and after waiting then being told to go around to the front and waiting the girl came out and gave them their order. Not only was the order wrong but the food was cold. They went inside, took the food and asked for a refund but were told without a receipt that wasn't possible. Evidently no one remembered serving them. This McDonald's has become terrible. Between this kind of service and the rats out by the dumpsters this place should be closed down. We are all through.
The day manager Mona is such a caring soul.. I have a 6yr autistic son and he loves and eats only mcdonald's fries.. she goes beyond to accommodate his needs with empty fries ? boxes n bags... and so is the day supervisor he is awesome! Thank you Walker road staff Mona n her team are sweethearts...
They're always so rude and talk down to customers. It's OK for them to keep you in line for a long time but if you're distracted for a second when you get to the window they think they can just talk down to you, snap fingers and clap at you trying to show off and embarass customers. One particular manager is very rude and I will soon learn her name and call cooperate with my complaints about her. They also get orders wrong and lie about the ice cream machine almost always being down. This is down on my street but I go to cedar hills whenever possible.
