Do not find this McDonald's to have friendly staff. Walked in placed my order at kiosk . There was 4 people waiting in front of me not sure how long they were waiting . I was there for 20 minutes before they brought me my food . Not one person greeted me the whole time that I was there. The only thing that was said was number 82. And they left the bag on the counter and walked away.Not a friendly place. To top that when I got to my car and started to eat my double quarter pounder it was not even hot just barely warm and the fries were cold.Its always a hit n miss there
This wasn't my own experience but I will definitely got bothered and upset about what happened to my mother at this specific location. She's 68, Spanish speaker, so she went into the dining area to get an order for herself. They have this screens where you can place your order, she decided to ask for help to the people that was there. They couldn't help, even with Spanish speaking employees, they didn't want to take her order. My mother needed to walk to Wendy's location to get her food. No very empathetic costumer service at all.
I came through at dinner time and ordered two happy meals for my kids who were in the car with me. Before I drove off I checked and noticed they hadn’t put anything but fries in one of the boxes. I called to see if they would run the rest of my order out to me and they told me to go through the car through which was 20 cars deep. I asked if I had to do that and they said I could go into the building which I explained I had to unload both kids to do that. The manager proceeded to hang up on me. Then the next employee who answered said those were my options and also hung up on me. When I called them to tell them I was in the drive through pick up they told me they would get to me when they could. I am still sitting here. Really!? You run stuff out all the time when the food isn’t ready!! Such poor service I can’t even believe it!! Hungry kids sharing a meal here.
Fast and smiling service at 5am! On another note, it I wish I could buy a fish sandwich outside the house of 1030am to 11pm. Did was hit and fresh (@5am), but a little high on sodium.
I ordered food through UberEats and I finally got my food, this what I was biting into it. I called to talk to the manager and they said that he was busy and to call back later. After eating that I felt sick to my stomach and I will never eat at McDonald’s again. Last time I ordered the customer service sucked and the employees had a I-don’t care attitude while helping customers and myself that’s why I would rather order it, but this happens to.
Horrible service. I place a mobile order for drive through pick up. When i arrived at the window I was yelled at, not told, that my payment didn't go through. Lady then follows to tell me that it's $11 plus cents for a McChicken, 10 piece nuggets and $1 fries (deal from the app). Which that was more then I originated paid for. When I ask her to repeat the total, I asked why? If that is not what I had paid before. I then show her my bank already processing the total and my payment confirmation. She still says that my payment didn't go through and continues to raise her voice while telling me me that If I don't understand what it mean when your payment doesn't go through. Never coming to this location again.
Over the years this McDonald's has hired some of the least customer friendly employees. Today was not the first time I requested a normal amount of extra onion to a burger and got 10 times more than asked for. I don't appreciate so many onions I can't even open the wrapping without it dropping all over the place.
Standard food really nothing bad there but I order at 1:19 that's what my receipt says I didn't get my food tell 1:39.. no one's fault but the manager really I guess he knew the guy that ordered after me because the manager took care of his to go order in front of me while I saw my dine in order on a tray all my food there getting cold and my drinks no were to be seen there was a guy working on a large door dash order I mean like five shakes and a bunch of food he was doing his best so I ask the many what's up my foods there getting cold and he has the working that's almost done with the dash order stop and finish mine and the manager leaves and takes a package to the back and disappears ... It was not the workers fault at all it was not the door dash guys fault either it was the managers he should be helping his team not helping some one he knows and then head to the back....
Incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I was missing a breakfast sandwich and I called the store, store manager picked up and told me he would replace it tomorrow because breakfast was almost over ,it was 10:40 on a Sunday. I told him I wanted a refund instead and he said " I'm already replacing your sandwich, what else do you want?" ?♀️. Very disappointing, ppl don't always have the time to go back the next day and now I'm losing money because he refuses a refund.
Had to get that McRib before it McLeft. Could have been put together a little better but the taste was great.
