The first time I ate here, I was pleasantly surprised by the superior quality of the ramen I ordered, particularly the noodles themselves, which are what I most commonly find lacking at other establishments.Just to make sure my experience wasn't a fluke, I recently went back and ordered just a bowl of noodles in the wasabi shoyu broth, nothing else. Sure enough, it was delicious and perfect.I should note that I've never been to Japan, so my points of reference are the handful of times I've eaten delicious ramen at upscale establishments specializing in it and the times I've eaten it at more questionable locations, where it seemed more like instant top ramen with fancy toppings added. That being said, I'd highly recommend Magokoro Ramen to anyone looking for an authentic ramen fix without the hassle of trying to get a table at a fancy restaurant.
Magokoro Ramen, located in BG’s Food Cartel in Beaverton, is a wonderful food cart that offers an excellent variety and selection of ramen food.I had the Deluxe Chicken with the Tantan broth, which is an incredible spicy sesame broth.There is plenty of chicken and the egg is great.The Tokyo Shoyu is a great a broth too.This a great choice when looking for hearty, healthy, and tasty food!

Such a good Ramen! Rich, flavorful, and balanced broth! I have been going here for the last 3 years and it is so Yum!! I recommend the combination with Shoyu broth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Doesn’t have vegetarian ramen! Even tho they have egg and tofu ramen the broth is made out of chicken. I’d love to support your business if you had a vegan/veggie broth!!!

Love this little ramen cart in BGs food cartel food carts. I have gotten the chasu tan tan ramen both visits and it is delicious. Love their rich creamy broth, fresh noodles, balance of toppings, and it’s never overly salty. The soup comes out hot and hits the spot on a cold rainy day. The service is always fast and the people are always friendly. One of my fav carts at BGs!
Already half finished with my food but it is so good ? Quick service and polite staff. The egg is perfect and the meat was delicious as is the broth. Everything is perfect. Not sure how this compares to real Japanese ramen but I’m in love.
Broth was okay. People were nice and accommodating. Small portions, noodles not great. From the stellar reviews, I expected more.
The dude cooks the broth for 12 hours everyday, the best ramen I've ever had and I've been to plenty of places all around the states.
