We had the worst experience with this Little Caesers location. I had submitted an order for 10 pizzas a week an advance for my daughter 1st birthday. I called the day prior to the party to confirm that they received the order and we’re going to have it ready by 12:45pm day of. The lady I spoke to was rude right off the back like she didn’t have time to answer my questions. She said she didn’t see my order before she even looked. Then when she found the order she said she didn’t know if she could have it done on time. This location opened a at 10:30am, and I submitted my order a week in advance. She had many excuses on why she wouldn’t have it done on time. The day of the party I called to make sure she would have it done on time and she told me that she’s got it and to stop calling.Customer service was terrible and making the customer happy with the least of that womens worries.Won’t be using this specific location again.

Avoid this place. I've tried it a couple of times, but the shade dripping off of this last order was a bit much. I ordered a few items for delivery. The doesn't does clearly state that DoorDash does the delivery. Not a problem, except the driver didn't deliver my diet pepsi or the brownie we got. I texted him within seconds. Nothing back. Called the store, and they're used to this apparently, they said "yeah, that's the drivers fault, cause we just hand the food to t hem and they're supposed to go to the fridge and get the drink, and then go somewhere else to grab dessert." So they told me to call the driver. I left the driver a message, he called back and said I need to contact DoorDash to get a refund for the missing items. Even tho I still wanted those, but he was too busy to fix the mistake. There is no link on the Little Caesars site to contact DoorDash and no other means outside of what I tried. Guess somebody just stole a few dollars of food items from me and that's ok with Little Caesars. Will not order here again. On a side note, if you're a DoorDash driver that doesn't want any repercussions for mistakes apparently you should pick up food from Little Caesars for delivery, they don't care.

I like this one because even though they are very busy the team that works here is very nice and fast and skilled. Good employees every time I go.

This is the only Little Caesars I will go to. They are quick and always friendly. For some reason the pizza here is much better quality than other locations. The bread/crust is softer, but toasty. You can order online and pick up at their pizza tower thing. They offer delivery as well, but it takes a very long time (That's something they can't control).

Tried to order on the app and it wouldn't let me. Tried on the computer, still wouldn't let me. Finally called the store and the ACTUAL PERSON on the other end of the phone told me I had to use the app. Genius. Never again.

I order a thin crust pepperoni and half Hawaiian. When I got home and called them they said to bring the pizza back and my kid had already grab a piece. I told the lady I specifically ask ask for a thin crust and she said I don't know what to tell you. No customer service at all. It was her employees, word against mine. And I know how customers are. I work in customer service. I definitely not a complainer. But the way this lady treated me was just wrong. Terrible

Ordered my pizzas and received them exactly how I asked, even got the well done instructions correct.Pizza had toppings in correct distributions, extra sauce and was packed with extra cheese.Cashier was stressed out but super polite. I would say I'm surprised they don't have enough staff, except the other customers were being pretty childish. I'd probably throw dough at people and they'd deserve it.I worked at a similar place and always appreciated polite people who understood young adults are making your food as fast and as best as they can.Top unrealistic expectations with the Uber stress they are under and I'm surprised more people's orders don't get "accidently made incorrect".Check your orders, if there is an issue ask for the manager. They are super accommodating.

Made a order through phone person who took my order made it seem like I was taking her order instead of her taking my order I had to let her know I was ready after her answering the phone and just saying little Cesars and after me saying can I place a order she just stayed quiet for 20 seconds while on the other side of the phone I’m laughing cus it seems like I’m still at work taking orders anyways I had to ask for my eta and the total because some how she is lacking once I get to the store there’s about 5-7 people every one scatterd seems like who ever is running night is struggling. Once I got my pizza I seen the girl who was making the pizza have no hair net or not even her hair up as some one who works in the food industry that’s a big no no

Placed an order online to pickup by 7:25pm, still waiting in the store along with 9 other people, and it's 7:50pm. The phone was ringing constantly. The chick working the counter wasn't acknowledging people that were walking in. They weren't calling out orders as they were finished, just putting them under the warmer and people had to walk up to ask if it's ready or not.

They're always friendly and the pizza's always hot.
