Have visited both locations and had similar experiences. Ordered a latte with NO FOAM and EXTRA HOT. Bothe times it came with about an inch of foam and was not even as hot as what a normal coffee would be. At last experience (Watson Rd.) I ordered a Tall which I take to be the small cup and they made a 16 oz. and charged an extra $1.00. I though I would give them a second chance but no more. I guess I am old fashioned and expect to receive what I order.
I love the care and dedication that they put into each cup of coffee. The roast is perfect and the lattes are smooth and creamy. Plus the staff is always friendly. It's my go to for coffee, no doubt.
Great service, and coffee is good.Pastries are ok, but not bad, interesting flavor, just a little hard, at least the one I picked, but it was my first time. So maybe other options may be better
Cool name and good quality coffee.....but, I had a bad experience and they gave me the wrong order. They have small coffee sizes that are overpriced. When it comes to tipping, it's hard to see " other" or "none", it appears to be 20% tip before you continue to pay. They don't really have a menu and over all It's just not worth it.
I just happened upon this little coffee shop. Quaint shop with a small assortment of pastries to choose from to pair with your coffee. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They also have a local artist paintings for sale; always a nice touch to see small businesses helping looking artists.
What a great experience we had. In from out of state, we happened upon this local coffee stop. What a find!We were greeted by a joyful, enthusiastic barista. His Portland vibe and love of community is infectious. I’d be a regular, did I not live thousands of miles away.My traditional macchiato was perfection: smooth and full of punch. Their coffee offerings include a variety of local roasters, continually changing.Baked goods include some yummy gluten free options along with standard, wheat-based delights. We also came away with a house brand of kombucha: pomegranate rose. Such a clever flavor; how could you not?
Absolutely fabulous experience! I have celiac disease and the sweet gal up at the front took her time explaining which syrups were gluten free and showed us their yummy pastries they get from petunias bakery (100% dedicated gluten-free establishment). She recommended a vanilla steamer and OMG. No joke it was AMAZING!!!! Like I definitely have a new favorite drink to enjoy and can’t stop thinking about it!!! And the whole staff was seriously so kind and sweet they just make you feel so happy to be there! This is the place to be at guys!!!
Went to Lionheart Coffee this morning and had a great experience! The customer service was wonderful and the associate talked us through the different roasts and drinks available. The coffee they recommended was delicious and fruity. Would come back for the customer service alone but the pour over was also excellent. Come here!
Stopped in on the way to the mall with my boyfriend. One of the cutest little coffee shops I’ve been into. The baristas working this morning were super sweet and genuine. And to top it off, we both had one of the best coffees ever. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re ever in the area, it’s worth a stop for the coffee connoisseurs?
Really good coffee. Breakfast sandwiches and pastries available. The cappuccinos are very traditional, something that is hard to find and a real plus.
