Just experienced the worst dinner at a restaurant in a long time. My son was treating me for my birthday and we have been to this restaurant many times in the past. What a horrible experience! My how this placed has gone downhill fast -- from 10 to zero. The service was marginal, queso dip was absolutely disgusting, tortillas arrived half way through dinner, raw and still soaked in oil. My son's tacos were not edible, fried beyond recognition. Took forever to get any additional chips and the salsa was nothing more than tomato paste. The server offered a discount at the end of our ordeal in the amount of $10. We will never return, and what a terrible memory for what should have been a happy occasion. I was looking forward to what used to be one of my favorites spots. $90 bucks for three people. Yuck!!!
La Hacienda is always my first choice when I want Mexican food! They are always so welcoming, friendly and customer service is superb. No matter how busy, they are always very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food is delicious and the chips always nicely hot. Love their salsa which also comes with a bean plate. I will always choose this place to go.
Came here because it was convenient, really glad I did. Portions are generous, you could get a small meal or snack from leftovers if you don't eat it all like I did. I asked for the hot salsa, took a couple bites and then it kicked in, very clean flavors with a punch. Fast service, friendly service. They even opened 10 minutes early for me. Highly recommend.
The service was good and fast. The food was okay. I had Camarones Vallarta, the portions were a good size but the shrimp were too small and the sauce was too bland. My husband order more bean dip and the server bought more salsa. instead. The flour tortillas were to hard.
I’ve been coming here for years, I love the food and homemade tortillas. I haven’t came in a few months and I was excited to return, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my steak fajitas, they were completely dry, lacked flavor and for the price I was just so disappointed. It was nothing as described on the menu. I also ordered corn tortillas and got undercooked flour tortillas. Not a great experience today.
Food and service was ok. Had much better Mexican food before.
I have to give two stars. I have eaten at this location four times. All four times the food was quite good. The freshly made flour tortillas are really spectacular. However... Three out of four visits I have recieved terrible service. Inattentive, unfriendly and dismissive. I have not returned to this restaurant in over a year.
Judging by the amount of detail in the decor, these people are super serious about their restaurant. The food and prices were equivalent to other Mexican places. The service was absolutely fast and absolutely good.. Five stars on that point.
first off ask for prices on drinks i ordered a margarita and it was 19 bucks the menu has no prices for adult drinks .... I have been to a large amount of Mexican food restaurants and my spouse and I get the same thing every time the chicken and steak fajita combo and it normally fills us both up and have some to take home it is a standard thing meat and a bunch of yummy veggies with a side plate of beans and rice ... Our food shows up and there was enough for us to both have two custom barritos mind u not big ones at all and very little veggies I expected the standard amount of meats and a lot of veggies but there was little if both... The tortillas are made there and are amazing the best I have had really so that's a up side so it gets 3 stars for them nothing else....
I've been going here since the place opened. Always had excellent service and food. One of the few places I know of that scored 100% on their health inspectionEasy parking and pleasant environment. My go to place when I want Mexican food.
