I love Krispy Kreme but my expectation is hot donuts when the red light is on. My donuts tasted old and were cold. The old one in Az offered me fresh hot ones- do this to make customers happy ?
There is nothing special about their donuts and you’ll wait in a long line forever and get poor service so seriously just get donuts elsewhere and get on with your day. I actually pre-ordered online the night before because my son had an birthday event at his preschool the next morning. I was literally waiting in the store to get my order for 20 minutes watching others who came after me with walk-in orders get helped first. The staff was randomly deciding to help people on the walk-in line who had arrived long after me and others who arrived earlier at the online and mobile line. My guess is the young staff has some bias against people who are able to plan ahead and order online? Very strange. I thought they would at least serve people in the order they entered the store but nope. It was as if the staff was just deciding on looks or other personal pre-biases who they were going to help first. Good thing I gave myself 1 hr before having to take my son to school. The whole pick up took nearly 40 mins including travel there and back home. Then we tasted the donuts and we thought what’s so special about this?! What did I wait in a long line and watch others who arrived later get helped first? I even spoke with the manager at the end. She didn’t have anything good to say other than the staff member who ignored me and others was new. Sorry but that’s no excuse. Krispy Creme and management have to train their staff to do this right. And it’s really just common sense anyway. Customers who plan ahead and are able to order online shouldn’t be punished for their ability to do so. If Krispy Creme makes the online service available then they must service it correctly.
Nothing quite like a hot fresh glazed donut right off the conveyor... Melts in your mouth... And so does the next one. And the one after that... Good service, clean bathroom. The coffee is wicked hot. Had to wait 20 minutes before I could drink it. Worth the wait.
The doughnuts here are always good even when there not perfectly fresh, I give 4 stars because there not always stocked with all the flavors esspecially if you go in the evenings but the flavors are always good. Krispy Kreme brings me so much nostalgia from growing up that coming here is always a good time.
Horrible service. This is the second time in as many tries. I thought I will try it again, I was second in line. I counted 7 workers and not one acknowledged the woman in front of me. Waited close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. The workers continued their thing but this seems to be a growing theme. No one to take walk in customers’ orders. I left with no donuts. I didn’t take it out on anyone, I just screamed loudly when I was in my car a few blocks down the road.
Truly convinced the 5 star reviews are all fake! The donuts are never hot, hardly ever even taste fresh, and half the time they are sold out! ?!?! Sorry how are you sold out of original glazed? And isn’t the whole point you’re able to make a fresh, HOT, dozen any time you sell out??Do yourself a favor and go to any other donut shop.
This was our (misses & me) first visit to a Krispy Kreme. We enjoyed the coffee. We found the donuts to be too sweet and somewhat flavorless. The music was playing at a level that required us to speak louder than usual when conversing and interacting with others. We won't be returning customers.
Went in to grab a free dozen after donating blood to the Red Cross and got an iced mocha as well. Those donuts were like light clouds of cotton candy in pastry form. The girl at the counter was very welcoming and nice. The shop smells amazing. I live Krispy Kreme!!
This location never has hot donuts, sometimes they’re just completely out of original glazed or the ones they have taste so old you can’t eat them. Super disappointing. This review is based off of multiple visits now. Won’t be coming back.
Great service and staff. They have a drive-thru which is super convenient. Just FYI based on my experience, the drive-thru is much faster than waiting in line inside the store.As always, great donuts. Can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme. We bought two dozen donuts for our son’s birthday. We had a blast. Highly recommended their glazed ones. My favorite.They have plenty plenty of parking as well. I do wish they had more locations. The closest to my house was almost 20mins away.
