They close at 9, I called several times from 8:35-8:45 to order food, however each time they purposefully answered the phone and said nothing! I know this because I arrived to order food in person at 8:47 and watched them answer the phone and walk away. I understand wanting to close early and leave on time but at least be transparent with customers and answer the phone instead of me wasting gas hoping to order in person before close.
Place smelled great and super clean when I went in. Everything on the menu looked amazing. I've never done Boba Tea, but had a hankering for Thai iced tea, but it wasn't the same. Maybe would have been better frozen, but that's probably just my unfamiliarity with how Boba tea tastes, even without the bobas. I'm definitely gonna make my way here again to try the bulgogi beef. The gojuchang pork belly was very tasty and tender.
i've only ordered delivery so i cant comment on the actual restaurant but i love their food! i always get some type of chicken and its always nice and crispy. my favorite is the classic orange chicken, it's nice and sweet. they also give big portion sizes so its great to get multiple meals out of an order! i also love their pickled and cooked vegetables, i wish there was a way to order just a side of them online. they also have never messed up my order, which can be common with apps like uber eats so that's also great!
BANGITY BANG!! This food was fantastic. There was lots of flavor in everything, even the rice. And the black rice was new to me and was great too.Highly recommend.
I've had both really good and really bad experiences here. Sometimes, the food is outstanding, and other times it was a tad bland. Their Boba tea is delicious though, overall I definitely recommend this place but that I will add that the Scholls Ferry location has usually been tastier for me.
Went in today to pick an order up. I told the girl at the counter I had the order, and then gave her the name. She told me it would just be a minute. I sat and waited patiently for about thirty minutes. She served about eight other people and orders were going out the door. After close to forty minutes I went up to the counter to inquire about my order and she just stared at me blankly. She then grabbed a bag that had been sitting on the shelf behind her THE WHOLE TIME, handed it to me, and walked away without saying a word.I was astonished at the lack of care this girl showed. She was very small with long brown hair and fancy nails. I will never order from this location again and will be warning my friends to do the same.
I've tried 3 dishes from here, and one was really good (chicken bulgogi), one was ok (Korean spicy chicken), and one was not great (sesame chicken). The pot stickers are good and the sides are good As well. I also tried a honeydew blended bubble tea and I was not impressed.
Really good food, love the black rice option. My go-to is the combination chicken/beef bulgogi with mac salad! With rising food cost of goods, it's amazing they can serve food this fresh and FAST at such a decent price ($13-$15). They use quality microwaveable food containers too- no cheap styrofoam. Need extra mac salad? No problem. Good portion for $2.95. Highly recommend. Nice staff too. Very appreciative of your tips in this day and age of Grubhub...
First off, this was one of the best milk tea bobas I have ever had. I had strawberry and my sister had the chai - both were delicious, with fresh warm boba.I had a combo plate with bulgogi and gochujang pork belly, also delicious. Already looking forward to coming back.
Just got my delivery. It was okay. Nothing to write home about. Odd the black rice was white rice. Other instructions not followed. On a positive note, I did eat some of it.
