Delicious food and looks like quality meat portions. Their sides come with 2 refills which was better than others. Although they have a small dining space, so be prepared to wait or come at an off time to secure and enjoy your meal. Staff is friendly and parking is ample.
WATCH OUT FOR SERVERS CHARGING 18% GRATUITY SCANDALOUSLY plus Very poor service! Went here for dinner with a couple of friends, we had a table of 4. When we got there we had said there was only 4 of us and we got seated in a booth relatively quickly. Our server immediately brought us out 5 waters and was rude off the bat, we were all confused but thought nothing of it. We were rushed to order right away as they barely gave us time to order, and even rushed us to cook and eat our food. Once we were about 3/4 done eating our waiter had brought us our check. When we received the check it had gratuity automatically charged. We went ahead and paid the gratuity and then proceeded to give a tip after the gratuity so basically I tipped them twice. After the fact before I was leaving I took a look at their menu. At the bottom it said along the lines of “Gratuity will be charged for parties of 6 or more”I then proceeded to ask why I was charged gratuity and if I could get a refund. My server made up an excuse and said “I thought you were a party of 5” and then said that they couldn’t help me get a refund for the gratuity. I am perfectly fine with giving a tip or paying gratuity but when you are doing it wrongfully to people to get extra money i don’t support. All they had to do was be honest and not charge that and I would not have gotten upset
First time,fast service. The pork bulgogi was our favorite.
Overpriced !!!for what you get You need to ask for everything like a glass of water soy sauce or any other condiments also to have side dish's replenished.if you pay by credit card watch your credit card statement for the charge I was overcharged $10 more then Original charge. Called owner young and she took care of the overcharge.Overall not a good experience will not be going back to this restaurant.
This place has a fabulous array of food! We ordered the all you can eat platter but ended up paying twice! The first waitress brought our bill and then the second waitress came back and took the bill and made it a bigger bill! This place is very dishonest and it’s a shame they have to cheat their loyal customers!
Enjoyed a delicious dinner here on Saturday night with a group of 4 we finished Combo B. We’ve been here about 4 times now and would recommend it again. The meat quality was good and really enjoyed the variety of side dishes. Now they only offer 2 rounds of bon chon and charge for additional.
I used to love this place, but today’s experience makes me never want to go back again. When we talked in, there were plenty of tables open. We waited for about 15 minutes. No one said anything to us. We were standing there like some dummies. The servers walked by us a couple of times and ignored us. Finally, one lady seated us. She took us to a tiny table in the back. Since we have 4 people, I asked her if we can have a bigger table. She said “No, you don’t do BBQ. You can’t eat there.” I understand that bigger tables are for BBQ, but she told us in a very rude way. It sounds like we don’t deserve to have a nice table because we don’t order BBQ. Then…no service at all. Water was not refilled. We had 4 people, but they only gave us three bowls. And for some reasons, every table got 6 appetizers, but we only got 5. I was talking about their bad service, the lady rolled her eyes to me. I don’t know what happened. I’ve been eating here for two years. Always loved this place. But after today, I’ll never go back again. Good luck.
Terrible service!This is our 4th time coming here because the food is great but the service only gets WORSE every time… this is my last time ever coming here. The server was very short with us, only speaking the bare minimum. The service was virtually non-existent. They never come by, you have to try and hunt them down.. and they mostly pretend not to hear us. We asked for spoons and we received them half way through our meal because we had to wait to ask them again. We didn’t get all of our rice at first she told us we got five when we only got 4. They never refilled our water, never got us more side dishes. When we asked for more side dishes, she walked away without saying anything. Clearly annoyed but later came back with more side dishes.I ordered kimchi and tofu, to my surprise it came with pork. When I asked why there was meat she said “oh it comes that way in Korea” even though the menu doesn’t say there is any meat. I religiously can’t eat pig so I had no choice but to send it back. I had to ask her to take it away and again she looked very annoyed…Finally, they charged us an automatic 18% gratuity when the menu clearly stated that for groups of six they charged %20 and there was only five of us. I asked her and she said they changed it…? But I just read someone’s review who had four people and was also charged an automatic %18. I think they lied and possibly do it when they know they’re getting a bad tip due to bad service?It makes me very sad that places like this get business when other kind and hard working business might not. They do no deserve the stars they received. I don’t know why they always treat us that way but it feels like discrimination. If we were Korean would they have treated us badly? I hope I’m wrong.

kind staff. nice meats. chicken was salty for me but its delicious. pork and beef was dance in my mouth lol
