I have been eating Korean bbq for more than 20 years and this was the WORST experience I have ever had.We were a group of 6 chose the premium AYCE. Their rules:- you can only order 4 plates each round- limited 2 hours of dining time (including waiting time, and they serve SLOW)- only serve two pieces of Galbi, 4 thin slices of beef tongue each round, 1 small piece of steak, 4 thin slices of beef- Only serve 4 rounds of premium selection meat ( calculate this and we can’t even have two pieces of galbi per person)- can order more ONLY after you cook all meat (they come take order SUPER SLOW, serve raw meat SUPER SLOW, ON PURPOSE)They didn’t state how much meat they limited to serve you each round with limited number of rounds. With party of 6, we were waiting to order food or waiting for food HALF OF TIME. They literally took 15 minutes to come take order, and another 15 minutes to serve the raw meat. We probably sat there with an empty table without food almost for an hour. We even needed to go the front desk to order food because no one came after we pressed the bell for 20 times. No salad no banchan. The grill was burned dark empty every time cus there’s no food to cook with a very long wait time. And we even needed to change the grill ourselves cus no one changed the grill!!This serving 4 plates with very small portion of meat makes might sense for party of two. But for a bigger party, it’s almost like no food was being served. Imagine each 30 minutes, a party of 6 only gets two galbi, 8 thin slices of meat, and a palm size steak. We tried to communicate with them that the server and the food came too slow (how long does it take to get raw meat to be served?!) . But they didn’t improve at all. I’m 100% sure they did it on purpose, probably this is how they have been doing to to limit how much customers eat.We were charged full price for something they called ALL YOU CAN EAT, with very limited amount of meat we can order. At the end, everyone in my group was half full and left the restaurant unhappily! To be honest, if they can’t run premium AYCE, just take it off from the menu. DO NOT FALSE ADVERTISE, AND TRICK CUSTOMERS!

Prices are good for KBBQ. Food was delicious and bigger portions of meat per plate than other places i’ve been to. Service was good too. I was hesitant to try after reading all the reviews, but we had a great experience despite how busy it was.

I love this place. It has had good quality over the years. They have changed the format. It’s nice to be able to get 1 person BBQ and all you can eat. The servers are kind and attentive. Food is delicious and the salad dressing is spectacular.

Pretty good food. Prices are a little stiff. Staff was very friendly and the food portions were good as well. I've eaten at other Korean BBQ restaurants and the food was about $10 less. I really can't complain. I could have left but I chose to stay, sit down and eat. I would visit again.

I was excited to try this spot,Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations.1.) our booth was dirty when they sat us down2.) the process was not explained to us3.) we were not told what the side dishes on the table were4.) we had our first round , waitress came back we ordered for our 2nd round , we waited 30 minutes , she came back and apologized and said she forgot5.) the cross contamination..6.)the quality of the meat was not the greatest.7.)the floor underneath me was greasy and slipperyThis spot has a lot of potential , it was just way too chaotic

went twice, a week apart. Each time we were ignored after the second round of meat was ordered... the second time we stayed until they told us "times up" while repeatedly pushing the button. We didn't get a third round because the 2 hour time limit ran out first. For the price, you would expect better service.

This place does not accommodate to their guests. It’s an all you can eat restaurant so what do you expect? They want the guests to leave asap and to not order as much food so they can save money. Yet they bring you the starting side dishes that not everybody likes and on top of that it’s FREEZING. They want it to be cold so you don’t stick around long. The device was bare minimum. The girl did not like to do her job and they are not energetic. No energy at this store. But yes it is all you can eat and does the job, but for the money I’d rather eat something else than be in a hostile environment where they want everything their way. This isn’t how guests are likely to come back.

Gave an extra star since the food wasn’t bad. But the experience I had during a dinner service doesn’t make me want to come back. The wait to get a table for two people wasn’t too bad but definitely unorganized. Groups and tables of people would leave and took almost 20 minutes before the next table was sat. When we were finally at a table our order for our first round of All You Can Eat was taken and brought to our table very quickly. So quick we couldnt order extra drinks, we decided to wait until the next time our server came back. We waited at least 45 minutes for our server to come back before deciding to leave. We saw other tables having to go up to the hostess and ask for someone to take another round of orders from them. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very busy compared to other restaurants at 7:30pm, we tried to reason that they were just short staffed but the servers who were there just didn’t pay any attention to the area me and my boyfriend were in, past a certain table.

Waited for 30+ mins without a greeting while the restaurant was literally empty, only 4 tables were in, unclean tables were left unbothered even when customer left 20+ mins ago. 3 servers mindlessly pacing around and hid inside the kitchen. Seems like they were trained to let customers wait to hype up their worth. We had 3 people but only 1 menu was brought out. We left after almost an hour waiting with no greeting, no water, not even a glance. The worst customer service I have ever seen from anywhere, absolutely never coming back.

An absolute catastrophe. We waited in front for five minutes as half the restaurant was empty. When seated, three tables were disgustingly left uncleaned and no one was willing to put actual care into the restaurant. We had to ask a waitress to serve us after 10 minutes. She then responded, "Oh, I thought you were already served." We were clearly looking for a waitress and looking around for anyone since we didn't get our drinks. We ordered our food and as we cooked chewy, gross, untrimmed fatty beef bulgogi, we needed a simple grill change after our four dishes were finished. The restaurant doesn't place a gentle layer of oil on top to avoid meat from sticking. We asked the same waitress, and she said she'll serve us. We again waited 15 minutes for her to return to us and she avoided complete eye contact. I asked her again and she responded, "Oh, I thought I already did it," after she stares at our table and our grill was noticeably black. We waited for another 5 minutes and had to ask another waiter for help. He got all our food for us, refilled our drinks and changed our grill. We never saw that waitress again.I asked for a discount and we were granted it — as should — for subpar service and disgusting chewy food. But it took forever to get because none of the waiters knew who the manager or "person in charge" was since the owners weren't present. Before we left, the waitress came up to us and said, "Thank you and have a goodnight" with the most horrendous grin on her face.Childish...I go to Korean BBQ all the time. I've never experienced such unprofessional and unwelcoming service. Eat here and you'll experience an episode of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.
