I ordered a 12 pc meal, original receipt. They stated that they didn't have enough original in dark meat and would I accept dark in extra crispy. Kids are hungry, so I said fine. Got home and I have 12 piece, extra crispy, all dark. Can't get anyone on the phone. I paid for 12 pc mixed of white and dark. Will be looking for an alternative from now on.
For some reason this KFC always makes you wait before you can place your order. Tonight it was changing the till. I wasn't told this until I was already waiting for almost ten minutes and I asked if they could tell me how long it was going to be. Horrible customer service. The guy apologized for the wait, but ten freaking minutes!! They should have offered a free drink at the least or a free side. Nope just "be with you in one minute" and then ten minutes of waiting. If this was a one off you wouldn't be reading this. This was a five star review a year ago, but I changed it today because it's happened too many times.
So I went to get some Mac and cheese and they said regular or large I asked how big is the regular they said enough to fill up a person and when I got it, it was as small as my child’s hand. Don’t suggest this place
Famous bowl was good, they put chicken on the side like I asked. Workers were fast and friendly.
Today I did a chicken sandwich survey between KFC and Chick-fil-a. Hands down KFC'S classic chicken sandwich is the best! Plus it cost less as well!
Ease up on the mayo in the chicken sandwich. If i wanted a McCumshot i would go to McDonald's

Ordered 6 chicken littles, but only got 4. Tried to call number listed in Google maps, wrong number. How else do I make a complaint? Also, clerk asked several times 4 or 6. I made it clear it’s 6, I paid for 6. Ugh!
We got home, put the chicken on a plate, and on the bottom of the bucket there was already eaten food, chicken that had been eaten, and bones. The most disgusting thing i have ever seen. You hate your job that much you would serve a customer someone elses food? Tried to call them, they won't answer. The place was dead empty too.
Not a KFC type person so I hesitate to write a review as I want to be really fair & objective but this is short take away. Like many FF places today, store was understaffed & very hurried. Still, the chicken wings were very greasy, had to toss them. $11 5 for wings & cole slaw seems a bit much.
