Bomb sandwiches and patient crew. I wanted to say the cashier was rude because I asked if mayo comes on it and they pointed to the sign next to the register, but I don't want to put all the blame on them. I can read and I chose to be lazy and ask. I think that the attitude of the employee could have been better but we are all human and I've had those days too.
Just went in to order a single sandwich, looked like they were pretty busy with to-go but I was the only customer in the store and I’m waiting for a few minutes, which is all well and fine, I’m industry and not in a hurry. A reddish bearded guy was making sandwiches and asked what he could get started, told him I wanted a giant sub. He replied with “Just like it comes on the board” I said Yea and before he could even start on mine I asked if it had lettuce and tomato on it because I’m uninformed and spoke to quickly. He stormed over to the register, pointing at a sign and in a overtly irritated manner told me it comes with everything on this board while giving me the death glare. He was red in the face because I asked one question that required a one sentence answer and I was patient and polite.I don’t want someone with this kind of attitude taking my money or making my food. I told him I’m sorry he’s having a bad day and told him I’ll just go somewhere else.I know employees are hard to come by these days much less good ones but you do not want that guy representing any business you run.
I ordered 3 sandwiches for myself and coworkers at the hospital. One was tuna, one turkey, and a roast beef. They were all so salty we could not eat them. I called Jimmy Johns and they said it was not something that was their fault and refused to give me any compensation of any kind. Insisted they don't salt their sandwiches. But I see no other explanation for 3 different sandwiches being salty. ! Will not waste my money on them again when there are so many other places to order from...
I work across the street and loved going in once a week until the long hair dude with pig tail braids would act very bipolar.. would make things very uncomfortable in the store and then once I found a receipt crumbled in my sandwich.. that was the last time I went in about 3 months ago.. I’ve never written a review anywhere but this place truthfully gives me nightmares..
The people who work there are very rude. I tried to order ...they kept throwing ingredients on my sandwich and wouldn't listen. I will never go to this store again!
Twice I have ordered from this location and never received my order. Two orders in a row. There's no way to track orders because the online tracker doesn't work and they never update you on the delays. I've had to call after 1.5 hours to get refunded.
They frequently pack up and close 10-15+ minutes earlier than close time. If you're looking for a meal around 8:30pm, why bother when they're next to Shake Shack, Mod Pizza, Five Guys, and Killer Burger?
Ordered a slim 5 which is supposed to have salami, capicola and cheese. They sent salami, cheese, & ham. Kind of disappointed and it was a really simple order they messed up. It wasn't terrible but kind of weird.
Quick, convenient to work. Solid fresh fare.
