Been here twice now and dont agree with some of the negative reviews being written. Both times i went in they were definitely understaffed but the young ladies working and the gentleman that was working tonight seemed to be doing the best they could. Like any sub shop the boards and prep table were dirty because the staff can not keep up with online orders and walk ins. If management is able to fully staff this location i believe it will be just as good as any other. From working in the industry though i know full staff still means a skeleton crew at night to save money for owners pockets so expect long wait times after 7:30. Also with two major manufacturing companies open all night they may want to consider staying open later than 9 to capitalize on the 1030, 11, and 1130 lunch times that these companies have.

Staff is always super friendly and quick, the girl with the neon hair makes a dank cheesesteak!!! 10/10

Whoever made my DoorDash turkey sandwich around 1230pm today is a saint and a scholar. This sandwich was assembled with love and care and its perfect. Every ingredient had the right amount and it was assembled so it stayed together and you got every ingredient in each bite. Truly superb. Give them a raise. Keep slinging sandwiches whoever you are. ??

Bad customer service and the worst Jersey’s experience yet… Avoid this location and make a detour to the Tualatin location.I have been going to Jersey Mikes for years now. Multiple cities in Oregon. Every location in the Portland area. My girlfriend and I get the #7 every time. We have literally never had a bad experience until this location.I love Jersey Mikes and nothing else comes close because of:1. Consistency (Across locations)2. FRESH (Always)3. The best customer service4. Speedy serviceThis location failed on all 4 by:1. Ignoring our bread request and choosing white. Turkey was pinker than normal and tasted different.2. The produce was fresh but the meat and bread was an issue.3. We were not greeted and Shor points was not working. We did not get our points.4. There was a sign on the door that said they were unstaffed so they will be taking longer. There were 5 employees in the back of house and kitchen. One person was helping us.To conclude this incredibly long review. An employee was having trouble keeping his mask on his nose and it kept falling. He touched his mask. The sandwich. He did this multiple times. We will be avoiding this location.

Very upset tonight. I waited 40 mins for my order then discovered it was wrong when I got home. I drove back and was informed they were out of an item and were unapologetic and annoyed when I asked them to remake it.

Sandwiches here are so delicious and the staff are so nice and friendly. I love the bowl option, too.

So glad they opened this location at Cedar Hills Crossing. While there are a lot of places to eat at Cedar Hills Crossing north of Jenkins Road, the area south of Jenkins where most of the stores are lacks many options for a quick, inexpensive bite to eat. Service was quick, the employees are friendly, and the sandwiches are good. Thank you for opening this spot. I'm sure to be a regular here.

The energy of the employees here will make you lose your appetite. Definitely unsanitary kitchen practices happening here. I left feeling sad & depressed. The same way they clearly feel about their jobs. Terrible experience. I blame employee unhappiness on poor ownership & leadership.

Waited 20minutes for a regular sandwich, one was legit making sandwiches, the other was in the back cleaning and the “night shift lead candidate” was busy slicing onions while I waited. Shout out to the dude making the sandwiches for at-least acknowledging and apologizing, shift lead candidate acknowledged me after the guy asked me what I wanted. I get it it gets busy but I think the onions could’ve waited for a little bit.

Just ordered dinner for the family. They forgot one sandwich and forgot to put the meat in my cheesesteak sandwich. No steak in a cheesesteak? Come on...
