My sister and I went to dine in at the Jersey Mikes while I was in Beaverton...there are a few stores in her area. Since we know the original ""Mikes Subs" in Point Pleasant NJ, it's is amazing to see all the stores that are here in the area. I especially love the fact that I have access to my favorite sub shop where I live right now!
Might be the slowest sandwich shop I have ever been too. Order ahead online. Get to the shop when it says it will be done I can see my sandwiches waiting to put topping on it. Takes 10 min for someone to acknowledge I’ve been here as 3 people who have ordered food since I have been waiting for there food. Sandwiches are good but the service isn’t great or timely.
This place unfortunately has people who are extremely slow with their job. They had one person making everyone sandwiches while the rest of the crew just stands around doing virtually nothing so it took me 15 minutes just to get a Mini sandwich. I definitely don't recommend going here if you're in the hurry.
Despite previous poor experiences with this location, we decided to give it a last try because they are close by and we do love their food. This is the nail in the coffin with Jersey Mike's. I placed an online order equaling almost $40. Without my permission or realization, the system defaulted to a different store. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, they had not started cooking it. I presented them with the order number and details of my order only for us to realize it had defaulted to a different store. When asked if they would be able to have the order cancelled and made at their store, I was presented with push back and an extremely bad attitude from the girl working the counter. I was told to call the other store to have the order canceled and to reorder from this location. I tried this and called the other store, no answer. I proceeded to call several more times, with no answer from the other store. I told the girl they were not answering and she refused to help. She would not try to call them herself or even look at my call log to see that I WAS trying to do as she asked. All in all, I spent 30 minutes on a ringing phone line, then an out of service message and busy tone. She still REFUSED to help and had the worst attitude I've ever seen someone working in the service industry have. Instead of working with me to resolve my issue, she told me if I wasn't going to order anything, then leave her store. That's what I did, and I will never be returning, thanks to the poor attitudes and unhelpfulness of the people who work there. Regardless of franchising, if you own a restaurant under the same company, you should be willing and able to help customers of ALL franchises under that name. I have never been treated this way by an employee anywhere and I hope others don't have to encounter her terrible attitude either.
Delicious subs! I was catering an order for work and they were able to get my order done a little earlier to give me more time. Friendly, helpful staff!
Absolutely slowest restaurant I’ve ever been too. Seriously the slowest ever. I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich. Came back another time and waited for 30. Ordering ahead doesn’t help for some reason. I think they’re very busy but that isn’t an excuse for giving people inaccurate pickup times.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! The shift manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to me in front of other customers.
Its a sandwich shop and they make them well. Even threw in a free sandwich coupon when they had something happen and my online order took a long time to be ready
Decent sandwich but the employees seemed depressed like they need to be paid more.
Ordered a giant 99 with no mushrooms. dude after me ordered a giant big kahuna. pretty slammed so they swapped our sandwiches. some old guy is gonna be in for a big surprise and I had to drown my Sammy in bbq sauce. cause I hate mushrooms. been going here for 2 years and this is the first time they messed up my order. but they my boys so they get a pass
