At least they give you what you ordered and have always been so nice. They're always pretty busy but always try to get you your order quickly and with a great attitude.
They make a good chicken sandwich and the staff is very nice. I'm sad that they discontinued the loaded potato wedges. They were really outstanding!
Always good! The young lady processing orders at the drive through was really nice. She checked to see if I needed any condiments.

Chicken strips were hot and tasty. Fries and burger were cold. Won't be back.
Not open on a Friday night. This location used to have 24h drive thru minimum. You could just pay people an appropriate wage and find workers again?
I purchased my order to the Jack in the Box app. I did not receive a receipt for my food, and where the hell do you find the promo code for the app!? One last thing I say this with the utmost respect the person on the phone had such a strong accent that I could not understand a word he was saying with the noise of the store in the background did not help any. I think from now on I'm going to go to the one on Cedar Hills Boulevard
It's a good Jack location but their nighttime hours seem to be erratic. There are some nights where they're open after 10 and some where they aren't. But it's basically impossible to tell if they're open until you get to the drive thru.
I got mixed feelings about this place only because I don't eat bacon and the only thing on that menu that actually really gravitates me is over ultimate double cheeseburger or ultimate cheeseburger sandwich when I got that cheeseburger and went home instead of actually checking my food like I'm supposed to before I leave the place I went home took a bite and realized it tastes to flavorful. Just to realize they put bacon on my sandwich
