I got a Ube fresh milk with taro ball but it taste toooo powderrrr and not same at Bridgeport I have before! Disappointed:((
Went on for my first time today. I'm so sad I couldn't eat the bubble waffle because it sounded so good. I ordered the brown sugar Bubble tea with soy. 5/5 girl in front helped me.Got my mom the grapefruit tea with Crystal bobba and Red bean paste she said it was delicious
Try this place for the first time, ordered 3 drinks (green tea with salted chesse, boba milk tea with pudding and lychee jelly, honey orange tea) and i’m glad they are good with the taste of fresh tea! 50% sugar is just right for me. Price (online order) is a little higher compared to other brands based on cup sizes. Will check out the waffles and taro drinks next time
Most important details follow: soft boba, control of ice, filled to the top regardless. The salted cheese drinks were really solid even though I didn't drink it to lemon boy's specifications of 45deg tilt. Don't mess up like me and shake the last bit either. Either way, I left a very happy lemon
The waffles are great tasting and pairs well with any drink you choose. My personal fav is the strawberry cheesecake with Boba. They even adjust the sweetness level to your liking.
I used the Clover app to make a purchase on Sept 15. Clover is their point-of-sale system they use for their locations. After I completed the purchase on the Clove app, I immediately noticed the order was sent to the wrong location - I wanted to purchase it at the Bridgeport location and not the Beaverton location. I immediately called the Beaverton location and told him I ordered the wrong location and asked if they can forward the order to the Bridgeport location. The woman on the phone said both drinks were already made and there was nothing they can do. They were not even willing to contact the Bridgeport to rectify the issue. Later that evening, I sent an email to the business; and zero response.Customer service is non-existent here. I never had any issues at the Bridgeport location.
