This was our first time eating hot pot. It was so fun! Our 12 year old stayed off his phone the entire time. The sauce bar was worth the extra $1.99 per person. BEST kimchi I've ever had. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. We're big eaters and we only made it to round 2/3 of the all-you-can-eat option. We can't wait to come back!

We were here based on friend’s suggestion. Great experience, plenty of meat! Good broths, fresh vegetables, good service. Clean facility! We’ll be back!

Went and enjoyed our first true hot pot experience! We have tried Melting Pot and the entree part of that is a watered down version of this, basically. You get to choose your broth (we chose the "Best of Both Worlds" split spicy/mild) and then pick what you want to eat for up to 3 "rounds" (we only ended up doing 2). The food selection was all very fresh, and everything was delicious. If you don't know how to cook items in boiling broth, this may not be the best experience for you. Wait staff were quite attentive, despite being somewhat busy when we went. Some items did not come to us in a very timely manner (one of our round 1 meats came after everything for round 2 was already delivered), but we did get everything we wanted or needed eventually so no harm no foul. Empty dishes never piled up, and broth top-off and water refill always seemed to come right when we needed it. I do suggest adding the dessert/sauce bar for 1.99/person because the experience is so much better with dipping sauces. Dessert was good too. Since this is all-you-can-eat style (there are also predetermined a-la-carte options available), we left with very full bellies and smiles on our faces. Definitely will be returning!

Came in on a Saturday night with family. Our wait time was nearly an hour and a half which is understandable for a hot pot location but the service that we were given wasn’t great. Our waters weren’t refilled at all until the server came around to tell us they were doing last call. We also didn’t get any refills on other drinks nor did our server offer any other drinks. We did the all you can eat which was very confusing as we’d never been to a hot pot before. Other reviews state that they received help with ordering but we got a very quick rundown and then nobody came back to check on us to see if we’d done it right. The experience was fun but I wouldn’t pay $30 per person again unless we receive better service or go to a different location entirely. If you don’t like lamb definitely don’t mark it on the menu because we received much more lamb than anything else. When they did last call, our paper may have been messed up but they brought in another entire tray of lamb that we didn’t eat because we didn’t ask for it so I do hope that it didn’t just go to waste. The broth was okay but nothing to rave about. The salad bar is not a salad bar either. It had grapes, oranges, and a few different kinds of sauces and toppings. If you’ve been to a hot pot before or a Mongolian bbq and you know the flavors that you enjoy it may be worth adding on but if you have not had the experience of making your own broths then it’s really not necessary and I would recommend that you skip it. The locals seem to be taken care of more whereas out of town guests or newbies to hot pot are kind of shoved in a corner.

Pretty restaurant but with a few problems. The sauce bar was practically empty and the vegetables were not carefully washed. They did offer us a discount for the issues we found.

A great place for a family or large group feed. Definitely go with AYCE.Such a deal! Order up much of what you'd like to eat in Round 1. Save Round 2 ordering for more R1 favorites or new special treats. Don't miss the crispy lamb shank house special. Very tasty! Garlic Beef, Lamb & Cilantro meatballs, and Shrimp all to cook in your table top hotpot were superb and came in quantities easily sufficient for six. Go with two broths for your hotpot--more fun and flavor that way The spicy is tremendous! If you're a noodle fan, order double since portions there are smaller. Throw together your posse and Go!

The food was the shining star of the experience! Loved the variety and the portions for the all you can eat lunch were perfect. The service was... alright I suppose. In the 2 hours we were there we had a member of the waitstaff at our table 3 times and 2 of the times we had to stand up to get someone's attention when attempting to flag one down was unsuccessful, one of the times it was to make our initial order after waiting 25 minutes for someone to come and get drinks started. It was a Sunday at around 12:30, which is an understandable time to not have more waitstaff available, especially since it seemed relatively busy for a sunday afternoon. Also, they could be shortstaffed which is always an added challenge that many restaurants are facing. All and all it was an enjoyable experience and the food was very good!

The food is just okay and that's only if they bring out all of your food. The service here is AWFUL! right from the start the hostess gestures to a sign in saying sign, in a rude tone. We wait 40 minutes to be seated. We chose the all you can eat which is 3 rounds. We had 4 in our party. We waited 30 minutes for our first round. They brought half of what we asked for. We asked for noodles for all 4 of us and were brought barely enough for 1. We finished that quickly but had to wait 45 minutes for the next round. Again we were brought about half of what we requested. And again we finished this quickly. When they finally came around again, about 30 minutes later we asked for our 3rd round. They took our menu and brought the bill 10 minutes later. We waited another 20 minutes thinking they would bring our food but no. They started putting the food away. So we paid and left still hungry. We will not be back. Side note. They were not short staffed. I counted about 8 servers.

Pricy but fresh and delicious. This place charges for everything from soup for the hot pot to charging for sauces! Each person has to pay over 3 dollars for the hot pot soup when buying from their weekday combo menu. Their saving grace is the food is fresh. The meat was sliced so thin it was like paper. Service was good, though we were never asked if we wanted water. The tables are really small making it quite hard and dangerous to have small kids at the dinner table.

Such a fun experience! The food was all fresh and flavorful, but the act of cooking our food at the table and eating slowly gave us so much time to talk to one another and really enjoy our food!
