New manager decided my regular drink wasn't available, AND wouldn't let the bartender make it when I pointed out the ingredients she had used before this guy got hired. Crumby thing is...she listened to him and denied me a drink I've gotten there for the last year. Food was amazing. I'll miss it.Old dirty mother. I had the spicy soup. Wow!!! Not too overwhelming with the spiciness. Just right with a hint of sweetness. Huge serving that will definitely fill you up. Just what I needed for a chilly evening. Highly recommended!!! Great service as well.
One of the best Pho places in the whole Portland area. Awesome food and wonderfully refreshing and very kind service.Definitely a must visit.

Some of the best Pho I've had. Everything we tried was delicious and broth is incredible. As a bonus they have a wonderful whiskey selection.

We just moved from Garden Grove, CA and were worried we would not find a good pho place after living in a hub for Vietnamese food. We were presently surprised at how good the broth was! It is definitely on par with what we have had before. We also ordered firecracker wings, which were a bit pricey at $2 per wing. But they were so good! We will definitely be back.
Food was great... Restaurant was clean, and videopoker was paying out hella... I love this place now
I haven't eaten here, I just visit GoGo Bar to ensure that I satisfy my subconscious desire to fail at life. Oops! I meant I only go here to play video lottery! They have a pretty standard vp set up, nothing special. They usually don't ID, if that's an issue for you.Update: I have eaten here! The food was mediocre, but they took my order a mere 5 minutes before they closed without complaint - they were even nice about it!
