Tbh it’s not bad but not as what I expected for 4.6. Karaage is bigger pieces than I expected, it was ok but the sauce is good. Takoyaki is really normal. The raman are okay too, the quality of noddle actually is not that good. The broth of ramen is interesting tho but … anyway Price are cheap and service are nice tho.If this is close to my house, I will stop by couple times but it’s not worth to drive.
Red miso ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- I like the meat here a lot.Fudo yama ramen ⭐⭐⭐⭐- it wasn't too salty which I liked- without the hot sauce it was a bit plain to me. With the chilli sauce it was amazing though.- still prefer the red miso surprisingly, even though tonkotsu is typically my favorite type of ramenFatty pork ⭐⭐⭐- not the best chatsu Ive had, but I think I'd probably prefer this over the chickenMochi
One of the best Ramen shops I've ever had the pleasure to visit, definitely in my top 5 of all time. The spicy chicken teriyaki and spicy chicken ramen was outstanding! Well worth it.
What a delicious place to eat ramen. Experts at their work. We went with our Team and everyone enjoyed it. Reasonable in price and tasty ramen. Definitely a must visit if you are near Embassy suites Hilton
Ramen expert here. I love the unfiltered sake. A lot of ramen ? places don't offer. The broth is okay not too salty. I like thin noodles versus udon. Thin catches more flavors. Takoyaki okay, very standard. I love the ambience, very Japanese. Definitely a worthwhile place to try.
Love this place! They have a very flavorful savory rich broth. great tasting meats like cashu, fatty pork, and their chicken! My fav ramen is the black garlic and also try the spicy chicken teriyaki! It’s not to spicy either, nice balance between sweet and spicy.
Wonderful place. Super cozy with a great atmosphere. We loved all the little details in this place. The food was AMAZING! Seriously new favorite for the family. Definitely will be coming here often.
Hidden gem! Can’t believe it took me so long to try this place. Black garlic ramen is killer! On par with Yuzu (my other beaverton favorite).
It hurts me to give them an average star review because there is definitely some underlying talent in the kitchen. We will start with the amazing. The Japanese curry rice is probably one of the best I've ever tried in Oregon as well as the chicken karage is extremely light battered and crispy. Really a wow factor. Had this been the only dish I tried, I would have given them a 5 star review because the service is very good as well. Now for the bad. The ramen was presented and it looked absolutely amazing. I was very very excited. And then I sipped the broth. The broth is really lacking flavor. Both the tonkotsu and the shoyu which I had on 2 separate occasions were both missing several umami flavors.. It was actually very disappointing and I sipped very little of the broth. The noodles were OK and the toppings were excellent. I am being critical because I eat a lot of ramen in the Beaverton Hillsboro and Portland area. The chashu here is one of the worst I've had. Sous vide is not the proper way of making Japanese chashu. It totally lacks flavor cooking it in this method. Also your portion ratio to price is another critical for me. The one slice of very thin chasu was humorous. By the time you add the ingredients that any other ramen place would put on their ramen along with a similar portion size of other ramen places, I will be spending close to $18 for your bowl of ramen. That's not out of the question, but your broth and chashu are very inferior to at least 8 of the top Ramen places in the area.
Nasty cheap food. Broth has no flavor, frozen gyoza, burnt fried chicken. Meat portions are small.
