Foods good but the wait is horrible. I understand this place is understaffed, like most businesses. But they really should communicate live times for pickup. I’ve been curbside for an order that’s almost 45 minutes late. They aren’t picking up their phones and they seemed very impatient on the phone. It’s too bad good needs better service.
The employee prepping the buns and vegetables was visibly sick. He was sniffling the entire time I was waiting there (over 20mins for my online order). No mask (but not required anymore)He may have cold or flu. He kept wiping his extremely bright red nose with his T-shirt collar every two mins and twice he wiped it with his gloved hands. Never switched gloves or washing. Not even when switching to cashier to take orders and handle cash he would go right back to prepping vegetables with the same gloved hands.
We have loved 5 guys for a long time, but this specific store has gone down in quality. The fries were luke warm, the burgers were just ok, and they were out of whipped cream. We have had this happen twice to us now. Has the store just gone down in quality? We will be going back just not to that store.
Always messed up orders, missing items etc.PriceyBurgers are good, the fries are not, always end up wet and soggy.It wouldn't be so bad but every time I order from here they always mess up my order, build the burger wrong, miss items entirely...Probably not going to get food from here anymore even though I like the burgers I hate having to get a refund for missed items every time I want to eat.
Really pretty disappointed in this particular 5 Guys location. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our food, but when we did finally get it, it was cold.It didn't taste bad, but it also wasn't as good as what I've come to expect from 5 Guys either.I will NOT be returning to this location, and I advise you, dear reader, not to as well. There's a different one about a mile away and that will be where I go next time. It couldn't be any worse.
Possibly the worst five guys i’ve ever been to, multiple idiots walking around in the back as I’m greeted by it’s going to be a 25 - 30 minute wait. Every time I go there it gets worse. God forbid you buy anything other then a fry there because your bones will decay from standing at the Snorlaxes of this world. I honestly think if these people had more employees it would be slower because they’re too busy moving their body fat into each other like bumper cars. Anybody can be hired at this location because the IQ requirement is the same as a 1st graders. I’ve had my order taken faster by a dude high as a kite looking at me like a chameleon. I hope this 1 star collectively ruins the reviews because this is the first review I’ve ever written.
Yumbo but slow service.. putting online orders ahead of actual customers in the restaurant that ordered prior. The online orders sat there the entire time I was eating and I had left prior to them being picked up. Maybe just assess what customers should be served first. Food was good though.
40+ min wait. I know you are short staffed but I saw gig workers waiting just as long. Those guys don’t get paid to wait. I used to do that work. My lunch period is one hour. With driving and waiting. The food sat in my backseat waiting to go in the trash. Just disappointed.
Generally good burgers. I'm gluten intolerant so I've always gotten my burger in a lettuce wrap. Except it's more like a couple pieces of lettuce on either side of the patty and not so much a wrap. Always really messy to eat. I don't recommend the "bowl" option.Great milkshakes with whatever combo you want :)
Tonight was absolutely busier than ever. There had to be at least 30 people waiting on orders and only 3 employees on duty. The GM was running the show and completing orders super fast. He offered drinks to the crowd and was provided updates on customers orders. I was highly impressed as a Uber driver. NICE JOB!!!
