Friendly staff however,, I ordered the hook and ladder (half ham half turkey) asked for meat not be double stacked, instead, side by side. Mayo on turkey, mustard on ham- all regular fixings. Worker even brought to my attention one side would get 3 of 5 half slices of cheese since large sandwich comes with 5. When I got home to eat I found no lettuce, cheese, onion or tomato. The art of listening was lost, just like my business
Excellent sandwiches they have, I ordered the hook & ladder sandwich on white bread and it was the best sandwich I ever had! It was fabulous and tasted *chefs kiss* I loved it and will be coming back! :)
So I show up walk in and greeted then I'm told it is 6 minutes to closing and they can't get a sandwich done in that time and I would not be served. Open sign on guests in the lobby. Won't be going back to this firehouse ever!!
Literally the worst firehouse experience I’ve ever had. Dry bread. Put mayo on it when I requested none. Ordered an Italian. They put two slices of pepperoni on it. No dressing. Not toasted. What are you guys doing at this location? Obviously not making a good sandwich.
Good place to come for some tasty and quick sandwiches. I ordered the Hook and Ladder (ham and turkey) on wheat to-go. The service was quick and friendly. The sandwich was pretty good and satisfying.
I really hate leaving a review like this because I had a great sub sandwich. However, I came in and the manager was helping get orders a rung up. She was friendly and talkative to everyone but myself and my husband. She loudly informed everyone there that the sandwich I ordered was “unavailable “ and then took our payment and donation and walked away. Definitely level of bias. I haven’t returned since. How unfortunate.
I really thought it would be a better sandwich the staff was nice and the place is clean but not impressed wasn't worth how much they cost I won't go back
They have good subs selection. We just get the large turkey club in toasted white bread with cheddar cheese,mayo and lettuce. It a filling sandwich for lunch. They don’t have dine-in for now but it’s okay coz we get to enjoy the sun after a long week of rain☺️
Fantastic sandwiches! I also really like their mac and cheese. I always get the meatball sub from here (and normally I never order meatball sandwiches from ANYWHERE.) I HIGHLY recommend this place. Best hot sandwiches around.
Came in about an hour before closing to pick up a delivery order. Six employees working behind the counter it took about 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I told the young man my order was not in the pickup area and gave him the name, they told me it would just be a little bit they're making it now. 15 minutes later the delivery order was ready. Five to six employees were behind the counter chatting talking and treating their job like a high school lunch break. Very disappointed with the service I received would not come there as a paying customer.
