Love this place. Wish they were nationwide or at least back home in Austin, TX. Get it every time I land at PDX, and as a healthy meal almost daily while in town. Awesome selection of toppings all so fresh and yum. Bright and clean restaurants and super friendly staff.
Really disappointed with my experience recently. Me and my wife have been coming here since it opened and have always enjoy the service and food. This time was unbelievable, my wife put in an online order that said to pick up at 5pm. At almost 6 pm the order had not even been started and the person working was making no effort to make the online orders. Why tell people to pick it up at a certain time? Then the employee keeps making other orders even after being asked multiple times about an order that was an hour late.Edit: after an hour waiting ended up with both salads being made completely wrong and the wrong dressing was sent and the avocado was a rock. It had knife marks on it like someone tired to cut it but couldn't. So they just tossed it in the bowl. Glad i paid extra for that.
I got the Super Bowl. Added some carrots on top, with regular amount of sauce. Very delicious. You can basically add more items to the bowls that they offer at no charge (except avocado). Decently sized bowl. 5/5
Today I had a doctors appointment where they had to dilate my pupils. So I could hardly see. So I decided to order evergreens delivered. Somehow I screwed up and ordered pick up. When I finally realized when it happened I called the restaurant.The assistant manager (I think her name was Sophia?) was so super kind. She dropped off my food personally and refused an extra tip when offered.The salads have always been fantastic here. Now I know the people are too!
Similar to subway style where you can pick what you want and add stuff to your salad but much better quality and fast service.
Everyone is always friendly and ingredients are always fresh. Location is kept clean and tidy. I usually order ahead but occasionally order in person and both experiences are great. No matter what, you're greeted when you enter and I feel a little bad I love nearly every ingredient they offer but no one seems to mind! Thanks for helping me get some greens in ?
The manager seems to think he’s a gift to the world. I can make a better salad at home. When younger ladies entered the store he payed maybe a little too much attention to them I might add. Creepy man going through a midlife crisis perhaps or maybe just a creep in general.
Google said they’re open. We got there and the sign posting the hours said that they were open. They were not open! Place looks nice and clean, looking in from the outside.
Delicious and soooo fresh and excellent variety and they are so big. I can't eat salad from anywhere else now. Prices are good too I ordered through Door Dash. Yummly
I have to say, this was very disappointing. Seems like low quality ingredients smothered in dressing. It advertises itself as a health food restaurant but doesn’t follow through. Won’t be going here again.
