Yes! We are so happy to have found this place: they KNOW what they are doing! The coffee is out of this world and we love how GOOD their milk tastes paired with their in-house roasted coffee—AND I even believe that it is organic too! ?My only request is that the in-house cups get filled completely—gotta enjoy this coffee as much as I am allowed—and that the latte art is consistent even though that it isn’t as important as a full cup.

Great coffee shop with awesome vegan food. Attentive staff & oat milk latte was well made.

I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now. They have the best coffee beans around and sell them at a very good price given their quality. You can always get fresh roasted beans here, where a lot of coffee shops rely on your ignorance and sell you stale beans. The 2lb bag is a great deal. Much more economical than a Dapper and Wise or Stump Town and the beans are just as good as I’ve had from those more “known” for pdx places. The owner was also super awesome during the early pandemic and let me buy beans when the shop was closed. Also their hats are cool.My only nit pick, having some design and branding experience is that they have too many logos (1 for each coffee line). IMO (which no one asked for), they should streamline around the owl drinking coffee.

Great little coffee shop in Beaverton with plenty of Indoor and outdoor seating. The have lots of milk alternatives and Sugar free flavors. Staff was very friendly.

Sauvie Island Coffee Co. aka Edge coffee in Beaverton, ORDrip CoffeeGuatemala - bright, , crisp, medium roast, berry hints, nice mouth feel, not too heavy. Would be nicely paired with a nutty biscotti to mellow out a little brightness and pull out the nutty balance to the fruity flavors.Uganda - This is a darker roast coffe which has a pretty light mouth feel. Chocolate hints and pretty clean quick to leave the pallet. This is not a crazy robust coffee even though it has a darker roast. Upon first drag across the tongue it hits the front third of the tongue and then a brightness spreads to the sides and the Nutty flavors comes through. I’d definitely have this as an afternoon pick-me-up coffee. Add a chocolate treat along with it and Bam! You’ll be good to go for hours.Sampled a couple other beverages:Matcha latte with oat milk and a dash of honey. Warm, very rich and settling on the tummy. The froth with the matcha was a little grainy. But the flavor was lovely and they use actual matcha powder which I’m a big fan of.Baklava Baby with soy milk. This latte combines the flavors of pistachio, hazelnut & honey. The pistachio flavor really comes through out of all which is combined in this drink. What I personally like is that it isn’t too sweet. Just a hint of sweetness so you aren’t distracted to the other flavors. The espresso is a bit lost in this beverage, so maybe consider adding an additional shot. This shop has double doors for easy access and concrete flooring. If you use a walker or wheelchair this is an ideal spot. They have outdoor and indoor seating along with pastries, GF options from GEM Bakery, lounge vibe music and lots of swag to choose from. They offer T-shirts, sticker, cups, mugs, pour over kettles and presses. The baristas provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

I have been coming to this coffee shop for 5 years now and I have never once have had a bad cup here. The menu is fantastic but that is not what makes this place great, its the people that work here. They are always engaging, fun to chat with, and always nice. Would recommend to anyone.

This place goes by Edge coffee as well though for some reason Google maps refuses to show that. Really good coffee, big, airy spot where you can truly practice social distancing and abundant vegan options for both coffee and food. Must check out spot for coffee lovers.

Been going here for probably 8 years or so and have loved it. I've gone more infrequently since COVID and recently discovered that at some point they changed their decaf. It's TERRIBLE. The staff seems to know it's terrible too. If you inform them something is weird about it they will give you a knowing smile and tell you its the decaf. I'm not sure why they don't get something different. As I drink exclusively decaf this is a huge bummer.Their food options are great, always fresh and tasty. And their coffee drinks in general are delicious. Just the right amount of flavorings (read: not overly sweet) and I love their seasonal options. It used to feel like they were a super expensive fancy place, but the price of all other coffee places has gone up so it's pretty standard now.Overall a fine place, but the decaf is seriously un-drinkable. Flavoring helps a tiny bit, but its still weird an unappetizing. (Something about the weird taste and smell reminds me of chicken broth for some reason??!) If you drink regular or tea or just want a snack and a nice place to hang it's great. If you drink decaf do not waste your money.

❤ this place. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the coffee is great too. Thank you for the speedy service!

Comfortable atmosphere, welcoming employees and great coffee/eats. Groups meet here regularly (it seems). They sell Sauvie Island coffee and merchandise, which is a reason I returned a second time. I’ll be back!
