My girlfriend noticed halfway home that the pizza toppings were wrong so we went back to get the correct order. They remade the pizza for us and when we got to the car I looked and saw that they gave us the wrong crust. I didn’t wanna make a scene and my girlfriend and I were hungry so we just left. The food we got was good, it’s just not exactly what we wanted. It would be nice if people could pay a little more attention to detail.
Whenever I order curbside pickup, the order is never brought out to my car. I mark that I'm here at the estimated time and watch the status. Tonight, I waited 40 minutes and watched as other orders were brought to other cars before finally going in to get it. Then, one of the pizzas was missing the extra olives I paid for.The parmesan bites are amazing and I don't want to be that person, but I do not understand why our orders never come out while others' do.
Been ordering from this location for years, since it opened. Have always been able to exchange onions for another veggie, since my wife is allergic. Last night Eddie (the most incompetent and customer-unfriendly manager I have ever encountered) said they couldn't do that and they never have. I have for years. Eddie called me a liar. The customer.We gave it one more shot. Ordered a pan. Their site says "toppings to the edge. Even after a remake they messed it up. Eddie is a liar and the staff is incompetent. They have lost our business forever, and we are making sure corporate, regional, and the office of the CEO know it. Go to any other chain. Do not support a location that lies to its customers, cheats toppings, and refuses to do anything the right way.Right now, businesses are fighting for customers, your dollars don't go as far. Support a business who cares. Not Eddie who thinks you're worthless. This location does not deserve any business.
The place over all isn’t that great. However customer service can be great. I understand places are short staffed and workers aren’t the best. However the customer service is great. A kid named lance helped me when an order was “lost”. He was very kind and I can tell he knew what he was doing. He has always been nice to me.
Not cooked. Way to much ranch sauce. Toppings uneven on pizza. Guess they just skip the quality check now. They had plenty of staff standing around. Not worth the money
The only good thing about Domino's is the pizza. Most of the time it is good. I don't eat it, but I pick up pizza for my relative. However, the staff at this Domino's location are incompetent. They once lost my order and I had to wait a whole 20 minutes until they made another pizza. Some of the staff are very unorganized and unprofessional. The service has been going down over time. I hope that the next time I get Domino's, the service is better. Or better yet, I'll go to another pizza shop!
Fast delivery and friendly staff. Only pizza place to never make a mistake on my order. Phone calls can take awhile to be answered though.
The online ordering system and process is the best one I've ever seen. Quick and easy, right on time. As for the food, it was better than I expected.
I like the pasta bowls! Super nice people working here too.
Used to be a very well ran store - I don’t know why there was a change in who used to run the place, but the lack of managerial experience in the new staff definitely shows.
