My partner and I ordered a pizza and it arrived as seen in the attached photo. When we contacted Dominos we were initially given a support ticket that I later tried to follow up on seeking some form of compensation and never received a response. We've crossed Dominos as a whole off our list of delivery options permanently because customer support is non-existent at both the local and corporate levels.
Went to the store, ordered in person, got the pizza in 10 mins, it was amazing. Have been going here for several months, never had a problem, pizzas were always great.
We ordered pizza , wings & pasta for our SB party. Worst pizza we have ever had. The food made me sick. It's 330 am and I have been vomiting. I would not recommend. Will never buy again.

I went to this store with my toddler under 2yo and called them to ask if they can do a curbside order instead of pickup since my baby had a fever (not covid) and i didnt want to bring him inside with me to expose anyone incase he has covid.They refused but then also told me that im not allowed inside either which was absurd because i got my baby tested , im vaccinated and boosted. Spoke to the manager, and they didnt want to even put the pizza on my car without any contact. So i went in and the person that was on the front told the other person on my face, Thats her give her the order and get her out of here. I dont understand the level of rude customer service this store has to treat people like that. Absolutely horrific.I will not be returning to this store again.
soooooooooo slow! if you’re not willing to wait 2 hours for your order to be dropped off, might as well order something else. i gave them another chance because this happened to me before, but nope they’re still the same. been to multiple dominos but never experienced this type of slowness.
The worst customer service ever first they have you on hold for a half an hour listening to their specials then when they finally pick up take your card and your address then say that you're not in their delivery range when you're literally three blocks away ask to speak with the manager and he hangs up on me
I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and a large Diet Coke. The driver forgot to bring the coke. I called and the guy said all we can do is store credit and you must come to store to redeem it next time . Not even an apology . I just spent $39 for 1 pizza . Woow . Terrible customer service. First and last time ordering.
Literally just ripped me off and refuses to help me replace my pizza or refund.I ordered from the app to pick up car side. The app said it was delivered to me and complete. When I ran in panicked the cashier told me they didn’t have an order for me and couldn’t help.
