Don’t order from here!!! I’ve been on the phone for over 2 hours trying to find out why an order that hasn’t been delivered, that the app says was delivered 2 hours ago. I get sent to a customer service center with people who don’t know what is going on and can’t get ahold of the store either. And nobody calls you back. I have not got my food or a refund at all.
I super duper love my Dominoes People's and Allllll of the food and the app and the map and the smiles and the smells .... My cat loves Dominoes too ♥️
We ordered delivery specialty pizza (Hawaiian Honolulu) which we’ve ordered before from different location. We payed $32 in total to have it delivered with tip. We wrote “no knock, no ring” cuz we have 3 loud dogs and its dark out.Unfortunately tho, they ignored the note and still knocked louder than usual. On top of that, the pizza came without the topping it included last time; which made the pizza overall not worth the price. When we called, they simply told us they never sold those toppings in years and eventually hang up.A Hawaiian hand-tossed pizza costs $18.99The specialty Hawaiian pizza costs $21.99We paid extra for no difference..they need a notice that the some specialty’s don’t include what your paying extra for.Overall the service wasn’t professional and the pizza overall not worth the price.
Ordered online and they marked my pizza as delivered... they never delivered my pizza and when I called the store # their voice-mail claims they closed at 9 pm.. why did it let me place a order online after 9 pm if they closed at 9pm? I gave you money in exchange for food.. But you took my money and gave me nothing.. Not even a phone # or email address to call/contact for help..
Edited from a one star. I’ve ordered pizza from them since then and the experience has been good.The one star review was because the food took a very long time (like 2 hours and it had been sitting out a while.) and I was hangry.
Had a reward pizza and upgraded it to Large. This is what I received; a burnt, lukewarm pizza.
I usually don’t have any issues with dominos. However tonight, I ordered two dishes of Alfredo for my wife and I. Both dishes were more than half empty. I believe the cook may have confused the Alfredo portions with the dips. The food portion obviously not to domino’s standard. I believe I am owed a refund or some sort of credit. Will you please reach out to me to fix my issue?
Will not let me order online ... like ever I have tried several times . Can't get the free bees or the online Specials. And so I call in ..the first thing I get is a job offer .. I called to get pizza not a job .and 10 min wait and counting . It took me less time to go down and order and get back to my place with pizzas . (while still waiting on hold on phone ). Reason I got was "we just got caught up on orders "
Location hasn't had online ordering for 5 days now due to staffing issues. They should simply close the store and move the area for the next closest store. I can get a pizza delivered to a Hotspot 1 mile away from the store which is physically closer to me but for some reason dominos puts me in the "tigard" area even though I'm literally 4 blocks from downtown Beaverton and 1 block from TV hwy.
I paid for extra pineapples and didn’t get them. This is the second time this has happened
