As another person posted, I should have listened to the reviews before ordering. This place is a rip off. For the amount they charge for the plates, I was definitely expecting something better than the deli at a grocery store or a cafeteria.The amount of brisket I received could fit in the palm of my hand. As far as the taste goes, I have had better at New Seasons. The sides tasted like canned or frozen products.Cannot comment on customer service as I ordered online, but there were only a couple forgivable mistakes on the order. I ordered sliced briskets not chopped and received chopped and I had ordered corn muffins but received two dry bread things.
Online tracking system is faulty. No point in placing details of your car for curbside pick up. They would rather lean against the counter and twiddle their fingers then bring the food to you. Food would've tasted great if it wasn't for it being cold.
Good food and good people. Remember when that was important? Glad to see they haven't forgot.
The ribs and sandwiches we ordered were good. The BBQ pork ribs were very, very, tender. Both meals were served hot, the waffle fries, which are standard, were very fresh. We are in the table area and it was very clean. They were busier than it seemed as they seemed to have a lot of did deliveries/pick-ups happening. Free soft serve ice cream available, looked good but we chose not to try it. Would have given a five except the wait to order send long, again due to delivery type orders.
Stopped in and tried the ribs here. Outstanding. The meat was smoked perfectly. So good.
Customer service suck, I walk in ready to order. A women looks at me and keep making food. I’m literally standing there for about 5min plus. No it will be a second, she only spoke because someone came in behind me. She very rude and aggressive speaker. It was a blonde women kind of tall with Tattoos on her lower back which a customer should never see. Appearance and good customer service would do this play some good. I’m not coming back they miss out on a catering order I was going to do for the high school team.
Far and away the best bbq in town. Can't beat a 2 meat plate from dickeys!!!
Love this place great food great service the people that work here are super nice and welcoming. Food was moist tender and soooo good. Definitely recommend.
Order mislabeled, entire to go order (grub hub) was incorrect but labeled with my name for driver to pick up. Two calls to restaurant. First call they did not take accountability and blamed grub hub. Second call manager was too busy to take my call. No customer service.
I was only going to post feedback on the meal on the dickeys feedback website but the receipt that they gave us didn't have the 'code number' to give feedback.Ordered online for pickup. Ribs were slimy and wet. Yes falling off the bone but not in a good way. The brisket was very dry, needed to grab extra sauce out of refrigerator to eat it. Sides were bland, no flavor, and so-so.Cherry on top was that the employees were short with customers. As we waited to pick up food the employees were short with a father and kids who was trying to make an order and asking questions about the menu. 8/20/21 7:21pm
