We go to DQ because they put the right amount of ingredients in their ice cream. Well today was no good. It’s like I got a McFlurry. All ice cream and I got the new Carmel fudge cheesecake blizzard and my bf got a banana split and the ice cream was melted half a banana and like no strawberries. It sucked. It seems this place keeps going down hill. I’ve been coming here for years and each time a little worse but I don’t give up on it but I think it is time.
I just love their chili fries and malts so much! Ordering food inside (either to go or dine in) does take an extremely long time since it seems this location prioritizes the drive thru over anyone else. I did one time wait about 15 minutes for a single order of chili fries to go which is crazy but I wasn't in a rush nor would I ever complain over something the staff can't control. I do wish there was more balance in helping folks inside as well as in the drive thru. It's the only reason I don't stop by more often.The inside of the building is clean and clearly well maintained and I've never had any issues with my food or desserts. The staff aren't big people-pleasers (no smiles or greetings) but they seem to enjoy each other's company judging by how much they talk to each other. I love it - it's not a complaint. I wish more establishments would just let their staff talk amongst each other even while working.
I had a great experience here yesterday . I enjoyed the outside tables and I enjoy the fast service . The only thing that got me upset well not really upset but that got me puzzled what is the portions of the meal me and my daughter received I just think that there should be big proportions for the amount of money that cost other than that my papa got a tree and we had good service I guess only picture for food and it was hot and tasted good this is the portions were not very good
Excellent staff at this location, I love going here. Service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. I have never had a wrong item or mess up! Dairy Queen’s ranch is soooooo good. Food and ice cream is also FIRE. Thanks to the cool crew at DQ for another great snack. The people on here complaining need to work there for a few days so maybe they would stop giving food service workers a hard time. Like the clown boy posting pictures of the ranch cup saying something was wrong with it. LOLZ. Mine always looks like that and it’s ALWAYS delicious. No salt on your fries….omg so salt them. Look I get that SALT is hard to come by …… I’m getting distracted. Anyways what I’m trying to say is: Don’t listen to these Karen’s. This is a great location.

Dirty uniforms and visibly unclean cooking area and order location. They got my order wrong twice and then after I paid for my order and they didn’t give me my blizzard I had to pay for it again even though it was sitting there with my order. They knew that since I didn’t get an itemized receipt that I couldn’t prove it unless we redid the whole order. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I decided to pay for my child’s blizzard and get out of there.I did call and ask if we could go over it on the phone but the Amanda accused me of lying. It’s not worth the $4. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Couldn’t even eat the rubbery burgers. Blah!!
I've only been there three times but every time they have forgotten at least one of my orders and refuse to even look or try to see if they left it behind. I have always gotten the same answer "I'm pretty sure I put my hand in there"Put your hand in what?!?!?Most of the employees are really nice except the one manager who I heard tell an employee to not believe me.

It's been "under construction" for the better part of a decade and requires a terrifyingly sharp turn with a fair number of scrapes to gawk at as you're making it. Big cars beware the drive thru.
