Didn’t think a cookie store would be necessary, but it’s worth at least one trip! My kids love rotating menu and we get a box every week. Cookies are huge and dense so we actually cut them in four pieces to share. Boxes are cute, cookies are quality, service has been good. Actually a brilliant idea after all!
Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Everyone looked like they were being held against their will......This store has nothing on the Salem location.To top off this rude experience I broke my galaxy brownie cookie in half only to be greeted by this hair baked into the cookie.Will drive an hour and a half the other direction to not have to come here again.To make matters even worse I left a decent size tip which was very much not earned

AMBROSIA, pure and simple. I ordered this week’s nilla bean and Kentucky Butter cookies. The cookies are always jaw-droppingly good, and the two flavors I got today surpass even that high watermark. Well done, Crumbl! Nummy.
Their cookies are pure deliciousness~! I just love pink velvet, so far that one is my favorite!!
I always love trying new weekly flavors at Crumbl. I’ll definitely be back however I did doc some points because last week I tried the cookies & cream flavor for the first time. It’s definitely one of my favorites so far however I had a piece of paper (like stick of butter wrapping) in one bite.
I recently had the pleasure of trying these incredible cookies. I’m genuinely surprised I had never heard of Crumbl Cookies prior, because I can say without a doubt they are the best cookies which my taste buds have ever witnessed. Even more impressive, the unique and fun menu selections. These ain’t no chocolate chip cookies. (Although they do make those as well, and they are top—tier)

I came in on Valentine’s day evening, all the employees that were working were touching their masks, touching and scratching there head/hair, reaching into there pockets and adjusting their clothes with the SAME gloves that they were handling the food/cookies with. It was super super GROSS! I sat and watch for a while and they all kept their gloves on, at that point it was the same as them serving with their bare hands.
Fun cookie concepts and recipes, but, for me, way too much sugar that overpowers the other intended flavors of the cookie. Otherwise, nice, big, fat cookies that match the price tag.
