Celine was wonderful. My tea was delicious. The decor is eye catching.
Itâs really a dope place with a great atmosphere. The staff is extremely welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. I look forward to returning regularly!
Delicious food. I recommend adding a mimosa to your high tea experience. The grapefruit mimosa was amazing.

The price was very expensive for what you get. Everything was cute, but the food was mediocre for the price you have to pay.

Very nice Tea Service in great atmosphere. Lots of interesting things to look at and the Kraken Bathroom was amazing. Tea Service was good with a variety of savory and sweet items, even for those of us Gluten-Free. Emily gave a great description of a variety of different teas and was so helpful in determining the ones that fit each of us best. Tea Bar/Kitchen was visually intriguing, just like a high end bar.
We had a child show up without rsvping. My husband and I apologized and said we understood that the food was made ahead of time and we were absolutely okay with one of my husband or I giving them child our âspotâ and we would just sit and be able to be at our childâs Sweet 16 Birthday. We were told that one of us had to leave as they didnât have enough food. We said we understand, could we just pull up a chair and be able to not miss the once in a lifetime party. Then we were told that there was not enough chairs to accommodate someone using it. There were more than ten chairs in the dining room that went unused the entire evening. (We have pictures). Not wanting our child to note anything was wrong we quietly just traded off. My husband missed the majority of the dinner, I missed singing my child happy birthday and opening presents. We paid approx $450 for this dinner and it was so disappointing for the management to be so unreasonable at the expense of us not being able to attend much of our kiddoâs party. I emailed ownership and they responded with âwe have a strict 30 person maximum limit.â Which, we would understand if this was the case. The only other two tables off the night had a total of 12 people. Our 11 plus those 12 only come to 23. So, Clockwork Rose had no reason to do that to our family and Iâm just so sad that we donât have those memories. See picture for proof of empty tables and chairs. This was so unnecessary.
It was awesome! Our first visit and we will be back. The food, champagne, and tea were all perfect. The staff was amazing!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience and we're constantly in awe of the antique decorations, and tea cups. The staff was great, and attentive even before the reservation with communication.
