I've ordered regularly from this chipotle and they are mehhh. But this was it for me... normally I don't argue about portion sizes especially these hard times...but come on, they didn't even get my order right no beans, no fajitas and i asked for extra and it was ready 20 mins after the pick up time. First time I was ever able to one hand a chipotle burrito lol.

Think the app is more convenient? Think again. The food – if and when you get it – is good, but it’s hardly worth the hassle. Chipotle has proven themselves to be a miserable and likely decaying casualty of their own app. Unless you are hovering over the server, dont expect to get what you ordered.Today, for the fourth time in a row, they have failed to deliver what was ordered. No small feat – think about that – four separate orders, and not one of them were correct. One time, only one bag (clearly marked “Bag 2 of 2” on the receipt) arrived, containing three bags of chips (we ordered two). On another, chips were missing, then a tortilla, then a bowl.It cannot be that hard to fulfill an order - Its printed ON THE RECEIPT!And, then to top it off, the delivery person just leaves it on the steps to the front door – apparently all that effort was expended failing to get the order correct, and climbing the other two stairs is tough (there are five) so you can ring the doorbell. Not everyone sits at their door for the 40 minutes it takes for them to devise a way to short the order.Recourse?Good luck. The “customer service” on the website is an automated idiot, which by all accounts is at least more responsive than store management. Of course, Chipotle makes it so difficult to get a correction that by the time a real human answers, requiring you to repeat everything you told the robot, nearly an hour has passed.No wonder this location has a 3.3/5 rating. It's generous. Try harder.Bump.So we tried again. And predictably, they failed. Again. They probably run about 20% on getting the order correct.

Ordered my food at 6:35 for a 7pm pick up. Still waiting for it. This is beyond ridiculous. No manager to be seen and plenty of people are walking out due to the extreme wait. I should have just walked in and ordered and that would have been faster. SMH.

Next time you close early put a sign up so delivery drivers have proof that the store is closed. Better yet, turn off online orders so we don’t come and waste our time. We don’t get paid to mark your restaurant as closed. In fact they get us in trouble if there’s no sign saying your closed.

If you want the best Mexican food around with the best margaritas around come to this place. The people who work here are extremely friendly and very attentative. You won't have even a second where ur like man I need another drink because they are on top of it! I have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant!! I'm telling you folks this place is the spot!! All amigos here! Plus the food is always served hot full of flavor and just simply the best ?

As most of the other reviewers mentioned, the wait time is always longer than pick up time (+20 to 30 mins). All my online orders have been missing at least one or two sides. I could understand if this happens once or twice but at this location it happened every time so I started checking my order before I leave. Assuming they might be understaffed and hopefully the owners fix this soon as this is one of the convenient locations near my place.

This location is the worst I’ve ever encountered, time after time!! It’s a convenient location but I have driven further out to ensure my order will be prompt and correct. Management at this location is non-existent or worse, they don’t care. Online orders aren’t ready and have to wait 50+ minutes past the recommended order time and is rarely correct.Corporate needs to step in on this location asap

Came in to place an order at 11:50 and was told the store was closed? I'm confused because the hours of operation state they are open at 10:45 AM.Ontop of that, this store will randomly say they are not taking walk ins. Either make it online or only or walk in only. Do not change that on the fly.The food from here has not been terrible. They give decent portions and the people are usually pretty friendly. Not sure what's going on.

Online order was over 45 minutes late, only to find out that they were out of sofritas and couldn’t fulfill the order, nor could they refund us because we had used a gift card. I don’t care that they were out, but I would’ve liked to know so I could’ve made something else for dinner instead of waiting until 8 pm to find out we weren’t getting food at all. Issue was resolved with free entree codes in the app, but store employees could do nothing to help with the problem, shocker.

Ordered pick-up. The quesadilla's weren't cooked, the cheese wasn't melted. I had to fry them at home to get them up to temperature. The chips were stale, and they put the wrong meat in my son's quesadilla.Super disappointing. Save your money for local mexican places folks. You'll pay the same price and get much better food.
