Do yourself a favor and don't order from this establishment. Placed an online order at 9:25 since they had a sign saying, " online orders only " and waited 15 minutes only to find out the door was locked, had a supervisor shout that they were closed, and they had put the food away. Didn't apologize or offer a means to make it right. What a complete joke to close up early and not turn off the online orders. At least five other customers experience this same predicament.
only online ordering this day with no corn salsa (my favorite)or lettuce?☹️ however i heard her tell anther employee they need to update the app bc they had lettuce, so i asked and thankfully they had both! she apologized and offered me both corn salsa and lettuce!! yay .... willing to go the extra mile is a great way to keep your customers!! thank you chipotle!
I have been eating chipotle for 10 years and I’ve never encountered an employee so unpleasant. I had a late lunch here today with my family and the employee making our meals was nasty and sharp. I started my order kindly and she responded harshly; then she continued to act like ordering food was an inconvenience for her. Other employees looked at this exchange and seemed concerned. They quickly changed employees running the food line after she took my family’s order.
Lots of gristle and the guacamole was brown. Food was cold and not one single person acknowledged me or the other two people there. Just stared at us. Will not go back to this location and likely done with Chipotle in general. Ended up tossing our meal it was really bad.
Stop blaming these workers, here's why. I feel so bad for the workers, as their management is obviously terrible. As a manager, I promise you it's not the workers. The management don't staff their team in order to serve food or clean their restaurant, but even when they closed to what I assume are staffing issues, they didn't put up a sign saying they were closed. This place is a health and safety hazard waiting to happen, I highly suggest you save your time and go to a different location.
This location is fine in terms of service, alot of inept employees here and there but it doesn't make the food taste any less bad.(most of the time)Fun fact: You can actually get more food by ordering a bowl with extra free serving of rice and beans and order 2 side tortillas to make 2 burritos out of one order.Another fun fact: there is a secret menu item called a "Quesarito", its basically a burrito but made with a melted cheese quesadilla. (Burrito+Quesadilla)
This location has had many days recently where they are only available for online order pick up—no dine-in or in person ordering allowed. On most days they post a sign in the front window so that you can be disappointed without having to leave your vehicle, but today they decided to mix it up and barricade the service counter inside with no indication to be found until you physically enter the building. Super lame. It’s annoying, and inconsistent. The location over by Jesuit is operated much better, I would suggest going there.
Online orders only, and there is no sign on the street side door. Would have been nice to not spend 20 minutes waiting at the counter, with nobody coming to say anything. They’re busy and short staffed so I get it, but if someone is standing next to your register for 20 minutes it’d be nice if someone checked in on them.
I feel like most people go to chipotle for the consistency and knowing what they’re gonna get but I have to say this is hands down the worst chipotle location I’ve been to. Awful service (somehow, even though the order was placed online), missing items, and making my bowl 80% rice and 20% toppings. Don’t spend your money here and drive 5-10 minutes to another chipotle.
I am not trying to be rude in any way but this location has one of the slowest people in the world. My boyfriend ordered online and we were on a time crunch and they said they couldn’t do it because they had “only two people working”, is that really your excuse?
