I try to visit this restaurant at least once every time I’m in town. Everything I have tried here so far has been absolutely amazing. The taste is very authentic and feels like home food. Their chicken lollipop and Gobi Manchurian is my absolute favorite! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place.
This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. Unfortunately, it is too far away! I drive over an hour one way to enjoy their meal. There is a great selection for vegans and vegetarians. I recommend the Chettinad Curry.
Good South Indian food .Tawa fish was very good, flavorful and spicyMasala dosa : very good filling , big size. Sambhar: personally I prefer more tangy but this was good.Uthhpam: very goodDesserts : badam halwa was very good. May be somewhat oily that many don’t like but I think that is how it is made and supposed to be .Tried badam milk: wasn’t very good but when we told them they took it out from check.Ambience: it’s clean and good but not high end.( Which works for us , not all places have to be. )For improvement: would make coffee stronger , improve presentation of the desserts which could make it even more appealing. Chutneys were good but cold ( probably refrigerated), may be serve them at room temperature. All in all very good experience. Would recommend and will come back again.
Frequently order from here and it’s always delicious. Love the butter chicken, vindaloo, and the garlic naans are sooo good. Staff is friendly and orders are always ready on time!
Truly authentic. Best samosas, and spinach paneer my daughters and I have ever had. This is a, must go, if you like Indian food at all! Still on the search for stuffed (potatoes, onions, and special herbs that I do not know, regrettably) punjabi bread, but might have to visit a friend in India to get his recipe.
The food was amazing. I got the mutton biryani, chicken 65 and chettinad chicken. The flavors were extremely authentic and the staff were very pleasant. All in all will this is a must try for some south Indian food esp Tamil food. Would definitely visit again
The food was not fresh. The servers were acting like kings. We visited the restaurant in Feb. 2022 because of the 5 star rating on yelp. We ordered 1. ghee roast dosa, and we also ordered extra masala 2. butter chicken 3. idli Both dosa and idli came with two chutney and one sombar. All three dipping are watered down significantly - all three tasted like flavored water. While dosa was made fresh, nothing else is. The edge of the idli was hard, instead of soft and fluffy - indicating it is prepared ahead and reheated. The butter chicken was also watered down. The chicken pieces in the butter chicken have a hard crust - probably leftover chicken in other dishes and peel off and toss into the butter sauce. The extra masala came spoiled - we could smell it. The next table sat some white people. The server for the white people passed us five times and refused to acknowledge us. So we decided to stand up and move toward the exit. Someone quickly approached with the credit card machine. The server denied the masala was spoiled and called in another person. We stood there for 15 minutes and told them we shouldn't pay for the spoiled food, ending up getting $5 off so we could leave. My spouse thought I was being mean for posting a negative review because of the pandemic and all. You be the judge.
A truly delightful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed what I ordered which was the chicken masala. I had it with the garlic Naan. I was also able to try other dishes in the menu because there were six of us in the party and food was definitely shareable. I find myself craving for Indian food all because of the balanced flavor of the dishes.
This is a restaurant with friendly staff and DELICIOUS food. Portions are generous. This is the real thing. Food of India.
Best Dosa and indochinese in town. ?????? Bala is the Best cook for south and north dishes which generally doesn’t happen. He is so humble and flexible to all his loyal clients.
