They make amazing vegan ice cream and milkshakes, you can hardly tell it's vegan! I'm so happy to support a business that's not only local but provides jobs to those who are blind or visually impaired.

We ordered a 9” cake and 24 cupcakes and even with emails stating exactly what we wanted and numerous phone calls, they still didn’t get the order right. When we called to confirm the order a few days ahead they seemed passive and aloof as if we were starting a new order instead of confirming it. But more than getting what it said on the cake wrong and the style of cupcakes ordered (mix of roses and cactuses) it was the 9” cake that was practically inedible. The only way to cut it was to saw through it with a serrated knife. It was very hard and crunchy in the middle. I’ve never eaten a cake so overbaked in my life. By the time we had cut the thing, it’s like we had murdered it. It had been beautifully and tastefully decorated. But it was a mess.

A Swedish vegan bakery! We love it. They employ people varied abilities and have signs asking you to wear a mask. Like the yellow and blue decor. Everything is vegan including ice cream, pasta salads, soups, sandwiches, and of course great baked goods. Try the sausage rolls!

Visited this bakery today with a friend and my daughter, who was thrilled that she could eat everything in sight. The staff was attentive and friendly. I’m gluten free and also can’t have oats, so I truly appreciated all of the allergen labeling- it was amazing to see that. Highly recommend the chive cheez biscuit, the almond cake is amazing. We ordered a few other things and haven’t tried them yet, but we will absolutely be back.

Love Carina’s Bakery and their mission!!! We need more places like this! I loved all their different gluten free options and their friendly staff. I will definitely be back :)

I ordered the Thin Mint ($2.50) and Almond Cake Ball ($2.00). Neither tasted very good to me. Unfortunately tossed both. But I wanted to support local, so it was worth it.

We wound up buying $30 in assorted baked goods. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING was delicious. Some flavor combos I'd never had before. Wife and I have decided their pastries will replace our donut runs from now on. A little pricey but you're definitely paying for quality and most definitely worth it.

I was so excited to have found a bakery with so many gluten free options. The staff was so friendly when I walked in. I ordered a pumpkin muffin and unfortunately the center was not cooked. It was really not enjoyable to eat batter.I will give them another shot because the staff was so friendly but it was disappointing.

Friendly staff with amazing sweet and savory options! Every item I've ever gotten from here has been so tasty! I highly recommend the Sausage Rolls and literally all of their cookies ?

Beautiful gluten free and vegan options. Absolutely delicious.
