I called Cafe Yumm at 7:50 and they took my order and said it'll be ready in 10 or 15 minutes and I said oh that's longer than usual and she said yeah see you see you then and so I got there in 15 minutes and they were closed and I knocked on the door and they said that well we close at eight and I said then why did you take my order and tell me to come in 10 or 15 minutes and he says well we close at eight and I don't have my tail open anymore so I can't ring it through and I said this is so illogical and he says well no we close at eightWe order takeout frequently from this location. We are disappointed in the lack of sympathy and professionalism by the gal who took our order and the fellow (maybe the manager) who came out in the sidewalk to merely tell me they close at eight. He said he threw out the order. I actually sat in my car for ten minutes because I was told it would take ten to fifteen minutes. I guess I sprint have done that!
Staff named kylie rudely told me I needed to wear a mask. And tried to hand me a paper one, and when I put on my own mask she refused to serve me and gave me no reason when asked and took away the sauce container out of my hand. Reaching around the counter. I like the sauce but the people are rude.
Food is really good and flavorful as usual. But I added chicken for almost 3 dollars to get literally 2 pieces of chicken. On top of that I took away 3 toppings and they usually substitute avocado for no extra charge. Ultimately was disappointed ? because I’ve had better experiences in the past.
This location is extremely hit and miss. Tonight we ordered 3 bowls. 2 of them were good but 1 was cold. Not just room temp but like it was purposely refrigerated. I don’t know why they’d refrigerate part of our order but it was extremely unappetizing and remained uneaten.
Always consistent. Hard to beat cafe yumm! when it comes to quick, easy, comfort.
We've ordered from this location many times. Always super high quality food. The food quality didn't didn't disapoint this time either.What was extremely disappointing was the portion size. We ordered a large Smokey bowl. We also ordered a double order of the southwest tofu.The entire order came in one medium sized container. In the past we received the tofu in a separate container.It's really upsetting for the price we paid to get this little food.We'll think long and hard before ordering again.
Consistent, friendly, prompt. I don't think I have ever had a problem with an order or how long it took... and I eat here frequently.
Stopped eating here after they got rid of the amazing Reuben. The bowls are good but let's be honest it's mostly rice and basically all that's on the menu any more.
As someone who is undergoing a lifestyle change with my eating in my health, I can't say enough good things about Cafe Yumm. The staff has been very helpful with navigation of things I'm trying to avoid.
The food was delicious. Couldn't eat inside and they messed up our order twice but corrected each time. Only outdoor seating available.
