The burgers are pretty good, but the real reason to go are the delicious shakes. Also, make sure you get a burger with Tillamook cheese for the real Oregon experience.
We bought food for 4 people, $52 for fast food. The food was fine, not great, but edible. Ordered the fish & fires, the fish is so thin I the layer of batter was equal to the layer of fish. The kids enjoyed their milkshakes. But the overall food was not worth $52
I have asked for burger #6. I had the same with few days before but it was something small and gone in 2 bites.This time it was full size. Guys were great.One thing i dont like about Burgerville is that they ask for tip. It is fast food. Not a fancy restaurant. But still 5 stars
I just ordered food from here and wish I hadn't. The burgers were cold!!! Not even a little warm!!! The fries were hard too. We didn't leave a tip so they decided to give us cold burgers and hard fries!!! Also, why is the drive thru asking for tips?? We weren't sitting down being served by a waitress!!!! And this fast food is not cheap!!! Highly unhappy with this place. Didn't ask us if we wanted any sauces. Not cool.
I love Burgerville. Like that it's a PNW establishment. Like that they use local ingredients. Today though, the waffely fries were room temp, and I asked for ketchup to be added to my burger but it was not, and based on how long it took to hand my shake, they forgot to start it when I ordered. Not biggie, but hot fries are an expectation, not a bonus. Still tasted good.
Very expensive for fast food and incredibly slow. It took 20+ minutes to go through the drive-thru and all we ordered was 3 milkshakes. Our milkshakes were by the window waiting and melting as the people ran around making other orderes and we waited at that window for 6 minutes. Could have just handed us the milkshakes and let us go. It was frustrating. They do use local ingredients which is great.
The first time here the staff was friendly the quality of food was great I was very impressed. I got the chicken sandwich it was fresh and tasted fresh. They piled on the veggies ? which I appreciated! I also tried the Oregon Coffee with cold cream. The atmosphere was calm there were a few customers inside. Great service, quick, and always a reliable good meal. Halibut sandwich, waffley fries and lemonade was awesome. The prices are completely fair for the higher quality of food than typically offered at fast food chains. We love Bville
I used to love their fish and chips nice big chunks of fish and a basket of fries... however paying 12 dollars for 3 little squares of fish and a small bag of fries is ridiculous... I WILL NOT be purchasing at burgeville again
If you're going to ask people for a tip, maybe hustle a little when the customer goes to the window to pick up their food. Way overpriced. They feel entitled to a tip. But I'm afraid if I dont tip, my food will be spit in. Just all around disappointment.
