I went to the drive thru a few days ago, and I was helped by this young lady named kenya, very good service. She was polite and professional, Totally coming back!!!!
ANTS came out of their soda fountain machine! When I told the manager she didn't even shut it down or clean it ? THEN.... get this! I am sitting in the parking lot with my CHILDREN when two employees come out the back door and proceed to smoke pot out of an apple, IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!! After a little bit the manager comes and waves them back in to go back to work. A huge cloud of pot smoke followed them into the back door.Shaking my head!!! Absolutely in shock. I hope the manager and daytime shift employees are reprimanded for this.
The lady at the drive thru could not hear me at all and i was yelling. She didn't understand what i was asking or telling. Then like I knew.... My order was wrong and they didn't give me a receipt..... First and last time i come here
Sandwiches were hot and correctly made. Love the flame-broiled taste. Great variety on the menu, including the Impossible Whopper. Love the new and improved app with rewards.
It's not the fact that they could care less about your order, but how they try to demean you with few to no words because they feel slighted.
Stopped at this burger king for lunch with the family, we went through the drive thru and when we go to the window the first cup they handed us didn't have the lid on properly and made a mess, then we had to ask the drive thru employee 7 or more times to please hand us some napkins so that we could clean up the mess, the employer responded but could not be bothered to.hand us the napkins until the food was ready, this is honestly the most disappointing service I have EVER recieved from a burger king and I will not be going back any time soon
Good staff look for you one young worker what's unfamiliar with what carbonated water was. She thought it was Sprite
By far the worst fast food experience I have ever ever had. I don't know if Matt is a manager. He needs his attitude checked, and have better customer service or go back to burger king school. Also his trianing skill needs to improved for his employees instead of making the customers, feel like they need to be trained to his expections. Does not work that way my friend. I will be contacting the corparate office, as well as the store manager in the morning, and the franchise district manager about my experience. Along with my dash cam video how I was just talked down to and how I should order my food? You will be defiantly hearing from me. I had to drive away because of Matt's attiude where I didn't even want this place food anymore, and if you talk to me that way. I feel bad for those employees if you speak to your customer like you spoke to me. That poor girl is still in training. Not a very good example bud. Came here a couple months ago and they forgot an item in my order. Decided to give them a second shot today. Asked for no pickles on my burger and the guy said it didn't come with any. I get home and there's pickles on my sandwich. Also didn't give me the ranch I asked for. Never going back.
